For what projects/services did your company hire Kiara UX Design?

We hired Kiara UX Design to completely redesign the onboarding process for our customer-facing web app.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for the project was to come up with a new design for the onboarding process based on the user feedback and user testing we had gathered.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We selected Kiara UX Design for our project based on a referral. We wanted to work with a firm that specialized in designing web and mobile apps, and they seemed perfect for the job.

Describe the project in detail.

The project was to completely redesign the onboarding process for our customer facing web application. Over the years, we had received a lot of feedback from our users, and we had also done extensive user testing. We wanted to work with a UX design firm that would take all of the feedback we had gathered and distill it down to a great design for the onboarding process.

What was the team composition?

Throughout the project, we worked with Kiara (Owner, Kiara UX Design) herself. She was heavily involved in the project and worked closely with our engineering and product team. We also worked with additional UX designers, and, overall, it was a very smooth experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product was exactly what we had envisioned it to be and the feedback we received from users was stellar. The customer response was extremely positive after we implemented the new design. That was surely a huge success for us as a team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The process for the workflow was very smooth. We received daily updates and frequently discussed project details.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing would have to be the level of experience we observed while working with the team at Kiara UX Design in terms of product design and professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing at the moment comes to mind. We had a great experience working with this company.
