I’m the owner of SH Town Square Franchising, Inc., a senior care company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Keyframe Production?

We needed help with our company’s videography and photographs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Keyframe Production created a video for our origin stories to post on social media. They also took professional photos of our center during and after its construction. Their team planned the 5–10-minute-long film, brought all their equipment to the site, and did the editing and audio mixing.

What is the team composition?

We only worked with Darren (Owner), but he also had his assistant working for him with lighting and other tasks.

How did you come to work with Keyframe Production?

I’ve known Darren on a personal level.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $3,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–April 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We published the video and the photographs on our Facebook accounts and saw an increase in views, clicks, shares, and business conversions. Also, we received great feedback on the material, which is important for us.

How did Keyframe Production perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was excellent. In terms of tools, we used Google Docs, emails, and text messages to communicate with each other.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their pricing was great, as well as the quality of production and editing they did.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Ensure to have good communication with them and be responsive to the questions they have.
