What is the scope of their involvement?

Katalyst Marketing - LinkedIn Ads Agency provided us with a variety of digital marketing services. Initially, we briefed them about our target market and our marketing goals. From there, they proceeded with the work, creating PPC, email marketing, and SEO campaigns. Apart from making ads, which were mostly launched on LinkedIn, they also created a landing page, established our CRM using HubSpot, and automated our emails. We worked closely with them on keyword research as well.

We worked with only one person from their team.

Ashik (Founder) used to be a full-time employee at our company. He wanted to set up his own business and continue providing marketing services. Hence, we decided to hire him as a contractor for this project.

In total, we spent between €30,000–€40,000 (approximately $32,000–$42,000 USD) on the project.

We worked together on the project from February 2021–July 2022.

We saw a 150% ROI from our LinkedIn campaigns, as well as a moderate increase in website traffic.

We coordinated through Microsoft Teams, phone calls, and email. We used Asana for project management and HubSpot for lead management.

Their biggest strength is their ability to conduct market research and keep costs low.

We were looking for someone to review and recommend us best practices to lower the cost per lead and get more traffic from our LinkedIn Ads.

After the meetings, a specialist from Katalyst reviewed our ads and gave us a number of tips on how to improve the CPC and targeting to reach the right people with minimum cost. Apart from that, we also got some suggestions for new practices within LinkedIn Ads to try out.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As of now not.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very smooth. Every question was answered very fast and was clear from the beginning. If we had to make some adjustments, they were taken to consideration immediately and changes were implemented accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think the ability to understand the customer and their needs almost instantly. It was strictly focused on helping us rather than telling us just nice stories and lies about our possible performance.

Not at this point.

I am the CEO of Woolly Farms. An urban farming company based on Bangalore.

We needed someone to help us in setting up early adopter marketing model for tokenization. This was purely to test the crowd, behaviour and how the lead generation would go for such kind of products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Expertise of the owner Mr Ashik to quickly set up such campaigns with deeply thought creatives.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After first meeting, we decided on the right audience, approach, lead generation tactics and more important, what kind of creatives would work provide maximum efficiency of the campaign. We set up creatives in 15 minutes and the campaign went online. We were able to meet our target lead number in 72 hours.
