We have worked with them for years and have always had good experiences.

We have been able to keep our VoIP running without issues and know we can always be in touch if any issues arise.

They are always quick to answer emails and we have meet many times on Webex as well.

We are impressed with their willingness to work with us and be patient. Our timelines tend to be protracted and they are always willing to be right there or wait on us.

In the beginning there was quite a bit of turnover with our customer service representative. It seemed we went through too many to count until Kaki.

We were looking for an external audit of our application and an estimation of areas where we could be vulnerable. They provided a Security Architecture Review to help us understand where we needed to invest.

We have always heard great things about the Katalyst team. It felt like they truly knew our business.

They worked with our team to assess our current architecture and provided a heatmap of areas where we were either out of service, non-compliant, or generally speaking just behind the eight ball. After they reviewed and provided the report, we then set down to discuss areas of improvement and they gave us advice on what our priorities should be over the next 6 months.

We've worked with Katalyst in the past and knew we could count on them for help.

Exchange was running out of space. We called Katalyst and they immediately got a tech involved and he went to work helping us. He helped free up some space on the database to start. Then he helped create new databases and helped migrate the data over to the new databases.

There was one in particular, Rob. He's an Engineer.

Rob was quick to answer any questions we had and kept us in the loop on what he was doing to help. Everything was done professionally, on time and is working great!

They were always easy to get a hold of when you needed them and always did a great job. They are always competitive on pricing as well.

When Covid struck obviously we were working from home. Being able to forward phones and use them efficiently from home was a BIG help.

Everything was done efficiently and quickly as possible. Information was shared in a timely manner. Questions were answered quickly. Very efficient implementation.

I appreciated and still appreciate that Kyle will answer questions and get answers very quickly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at the incumbent as well as 2 other MDR/MSSP companies and found that Foresite was going to give us the best protection for the best price.

There was a defined Project of onboarding and offboarding our old MDR/MSSP. They were very professional with timelines, owners, and deliverables. It was a very pleasurable onboarding experience as well as the ongoing support.
