Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CMO of YourSportApp, an IT company trying to bring white-label tennis-oriented software to the market.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire KAMORA to accomplish for YourSportApp’s tennis software?

We hired KAMORA to help us develop a huge sports platform for tennis-like games (currently padel and pickleball) and a white-label app that we can brand for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

KAMORA handled the whole development cycle. The platform included the white-label app, the SaaS backend that we host on Amazon, the next-generation CRM design for sports clubs, the administrative dashboard, and maybe some other components I’m not sure about.Moreover, KAMORA helped us come the whole way from an idea to a marketable product and is now assisting us with the first pilot launches. Their scope of work includes the design, development, and testing. They also helped us with our App Store and Play Market accounts and built a few landing pages for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most measurable outcome is that we came from a pure idea to a real product without breaking any deadlines. We’re still in the stage of pilot launches, so it’s too early to evaluate metrics. However, the best thing right now is that we got 20+ potential clients with just a basic outreach campaign.These potential clients are tennis-oriented clubs and unions. We’re primarily targeted to the SEA market, so our pilot launches and potentially interested clients are around Vietnam and the Philippines. So far, the pilot launches are going pretty smoothly.

How did KAMORA perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time, which was the most important part for me personally. I consider this the biggest success of our cooperation with KAMORA.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing is their work style. It feels like they’re always pushing back, not just following the rules but really participating. That drew our CEO insane, but I think a lot of stupid mistakes didn’t happen because of that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Maybe they should hire more developers. Although we didn’t break any deadlines, sometimes I had the feeling we were close to that.
