Reduced reliance on manual,

Kaispe's team has generally been responsive to our operational needs, particularly on production support issues that require quick turnaround. Their consultants and developers engage directly with our internal team and are willing to work through legacy, non-standard configurations rather than pushing back on complexity.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is Kaispe's willingness to work within our existing environment rather than pushing for a rebuild. Our D365 setup includes non-standard, custom-built configurations from previous developers, and their team has taken the time to reverse-engineer and understand that legacy work rather than treating it as a blocker. That adaptability, combined with direct, responsive engagement from both functional and technical staff, has made them easy to work with as an ongoing partner rather than just a vendor delivering fixed-scope tickets.

Are there any areas for improvement or something KAISPE LLC could have done differently?

A proposed quote for a change didn't fully account for downstream steps like UAT and production deployment, which we had to identify and raise before approving. More thorough upfront scoping on smaller change requests would reduce back-and-forth and help us plan more accurately.
