We needed help with the managed IT services that we offer to our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were working with them prior to my start on the project. They had the capabilities and had already visited the locations, as well as a good experience.

Their people are part of the teams that serviced our customers, providing the same managed IT services as our engineers in UK, but from the nearshore location. They do server patching, install new services, upgrade services, work on virtualization, and do everything in the cloud-like Aws,Azure,Digital Ocean. They do networking, security, and a whole range of IT related services, also setting up our wireless network.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The Operations were conducted by Vikas(Chief OPs Officer, JAL) while Mritunjay(Team Leader, JAL) was responsible for the day-to-day operations. There was a client partner who addressed any issues, a recruitment department,. We also had a resource coordinator that made sure that people were assigned to the different tasks and a process coordinator.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did about 300+ tasks a month remotely and more than 99.5% of those were on time. I consider that a success. They measured the number of tickets that were handled in the nearshore location and sent them to the UK location. 70% of those tickets never came back to the UK location, which was very good.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They’re very direct and we can talk to them 24/7. When we send an email, we receive an answer very quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They come up with an efficient and solution for a problem put across. They make sure the solution is thought across, And they plan it well and on time. They’re very direct and we can talk to them 24/7. When we send an email, we receive an answer very quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, there’s nothing they need to improve. . It is long-term coding, support and maintenance work and it has been great working with JAL till now.

We needed additional IT resources for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We use their resources for staff augmentation for IT services and consulting. They help set up cloud environments and write code in Python for machine learning programming for one of our financial partners.

It’s a constant remote collaboration where we provide detailed documentation to Juppiter Al Labs on what we need to work on.

There are two frontend developers and three AI and cloud developers.

We started working together in December 2020, and the project is ongoing.

They fulfilled the scope that we provided to them. Juppiter Al Labs deliver on time and within budget. If we require more staffing in the future, we’ll reach out to them.

We hired Juppiter AI Labs for getting Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning integration in our projects along with AI based Chatbots which has reduced many manhours and engage with clients on digital platform to get leads.

We have selected vendor based on some benchmark like work quality, price, accountability and client engagement level and we found that the team consistently suggests new ideas on how to improve the chatbots, and they provide extended support in integration and perform tests to make it better then the best.

Their CTO & Director was our main contact point but based on project and activities their technical head always make sure that no point get missed and use to discuss on regular basis.

The chatbots have become a fundamental aspect of the client’s business thanks to Juppiter AI Labs teams' dedicated support and rigorous QC. Beyond its successful runs at numerous events, the technology has also helped secure numerous talks aimed at college students, which speaks volumes to the software’s quality.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During the move we had zoom calls every Friday which is also been monitored by CTO & Director of Juppiter AI Labs. They make sure the points discussed in meeting get recorded and shared with us and then work out on details the next week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having managed services of Juppiter AI Labs team has saved a lot of money. Its always recommended to have a third party team with expertise solution to take care of activities which will cost more if one has its own internal team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have their best foot in front and hardly any modification needed. We wish them good luck to stay same.
