Communication is excellent. They were available anytime on instant messaging and ready to get on a video call with share screen in case the brief is not clear. Some complex developments took 3 days from brief to deployment. The project manager was always a developer with strong understanding of the software and the history.

Briefing sessions were fruitful, right questions are asked, and advice on the best approach was made on the spot. As a result, once the brief is made and aligned the development phase becomes simple because of that. Whenever new skills are needed a new resource was called on the project promptly.
