As a growing company, we were looking to gain more visibility and credibility through PR. We decided to work with Josh and his team to support our online reputation and allow us expand into new countries.

Josh and his team were referred to me as one of our clients is working with them for quite some time.

We had a kick-off call with the JTA team and they established a roadmap/strategy to engage directly with business driven media outlets. They have been doing monthly outreach to have our story and news published on key outlets such as Business Insider, Forbes, Entrepreneur.com and more.

We worked with Josh and his copywriter to put together the articles on a monthly basis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with JTA, we have seen a significant increase in inbound leads when the articles are out. These leads in the last quarter represented 25% of the new clients that started working with us.

They were really flexible and allowed us to communicate via different channels such as email and even whatsapp to have direct feedback when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their tailored approach was impressive as they took the time upfront to do an analysis to understand the media outlets that we would have access to and that has an audience aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are very pleased of the engagement we have however, there has been times where we had to do a lot of back and forth to make edits to the articles as the media outlets would require changes to be made. This is not something that the JTA team could directly control as it is a requirement directly from the outlets

Tier 1 & 2 publications have accepted our story due to JTA PR's media relations and got them published within the agreed timeframe, which resulted in increased traffic for our platform.
