We didn’t have SEO services, so we decided to outsource that to Joe (Owner) and his team. We wanted to drive traffic to our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Joe put together a keyword strategy for us, based on our technology and target market. We started to pull together a blog post strategy to start to index with Google against those keywords.

We primarily work with Joe. He works with three other people, but he’s our main point of contact.

We knew him previously. He left his other job to create his own digital agency. When he branched out, we knew he was a great guy to work with.

We started in September of last year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Joe’s done a phenomenal job. In six quick months, our web traffic doubled. Overall, we work collaboratively to produce content. He leads that experience to create quality content for us.

For the first time, we’ve indexed as number one under “new helmet technology.” It’s a testament to the relevant content we’re producing.

How did Joseph Paul Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, communication is outstanding. We communicate through email, text, phone calls, and Zoom. It’s based on the speed and need of the response.

Joe is quick to get back. More often than not, he anticipates what our needs are. I don’t have to chase him or ask the question. The way he manages our expectations has been pretty stellar.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There’s a lot of SEO services out there. I think a lot of them are lower marketing agencies; there is a distinct difference. Joe was honest upfront that this would be a long-term play. It does take time for SEO to help with Google indexing. This comes from great content, not from tricking the system.

Joe is authentic and clear with goal setting. He makes sure his clients, in our experience, fully understand how the process works.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, at this point, no. Even during this COVID-19 situation, he’s made quick adjustments and has been flexible with us. Joe is a pleasure to work with, and we view him as part of our team.

Hire him. Joe has a great demeanor. His process of getting to know your business is also great. We’re a unique company, but he works with a variety of different ones. He really takes the time to understand each one. He strives to understand your business model and targets in an authentic way. I can’t say enough about him.
