Jamie was asked to film a series of short videos designed to help beginners to understand movement patterns within certain exercises. Jamie displayed a very high level of professionalism, asked preliminary questions on the requirements to ensure he got a good understanding of the requirements and made very useful suggestions on how to make the process smoother.

A clear deliverable was the quantity and quality of the videos. Jamie delivered above expectation and produced a series of videos we are very proud of.

Jamie created a filming plan and adjusted to our needs when we inevitably had hold ups. The communication was quick and professional with suggestions throughout to help us produce the series on time and to a high standard.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

To support the participant learning experience, we’re looking to produce a number of learning videos. The videos are about making the content accessible and engaging, introducing concepts and helping set participants up to be able to apply these in their organisations. We’re making in total 13-15 short learning videos, some as short as 30 sec-1 min, the majority around 2-4 minutes but a couple that are upwards 10 mins.

What the brief involves:

• Come up with the look and feel of the videos
• Editing 13-15 videos
• Adding subtitles
• Adding illustrations / graphics to illustrate key concepts (potentially also creating own visualisations i.e. graphs or illustrations of key concepts, or if this is not a skill you have then our other designer could do it)
• Adding title pages, quotes, key messages and other ways of breaking up the content to make it clear, accessible and digestible
• Sourcing images to illustrate examples of social issues and solutions discussed (Spring has some but more will likely be needed)

Our online course has now been delivered to 5 cohorts and has an NPS score of 8.5/10

Jamie really tried to understand what we were doing and did an amazing job considering the materials he had to work with. He had a grasp of the content and managed to bring it to life in a great way.
