We sought out the team at Jives Media to assist with our current marketing efforts as we previously hired another firm and did not feel as we were seeing any improvement. On our initial consult, Jay and his team did a very impressive and thorough audit of our current efforts and presented solutions to all of our concerns. From that point on, the onboarding process was a breeze. 

The team corrected any technical issues and provided a new SEO strategy that increased our leads (especially through Google) and ranking online. They also assisted us with creating a new and effective Google My Business Listing and taught us best practices for brand reputation. This was a large concern of ours as most competitors on the area were receiving leads directly through google and we were greatly missing out on hundreds of leads per month.

Since working with Jives Media, our search rankings have improved. We now appear on the second and first page of search results, whereas before, we used to appear on the fifth or sixth page. Additionally, our lead generation has increased by about 30%. As for the website redesign, our team is very pleased with the end product.
