Our main product is the application for Windows being developed by our specialist. However, we need a partner to develop and maintain the web-based users' accounts portal, and we successfully cooperate with Jagan Solutions on this task.

The deciding factor for selecting this vendor was the recommendation.

Jagan Solutions follow an Agile process of software delivery which enables us to change the scope and details of functionality without much unwanted impact on the project. The tech stack they used for our projects was mainly Javascript (Node.js)
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Two persons - project manager and developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We successfully launched web-based client accounts which we use now for users registration, profile and subscription management, users administration, etc. The product is constantly improving, and at the moment web-based multistreaming app is under development.

I mostly communicated with the project manager but also had a possibility to contact the developer directly on urgent issues. We used Trello and Youtrack for communication, as well as recurrent Skype calls with the team.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was impressed not only with the development itself but also with their project management and team dynamics. Although sometimes project specifications changed drastically between the beginning of the development and the end, the team was always flexible, recommended the best way to the desired result, and followed it through.
