We used Ivan Anhe Productions for a professional project we were working on. We were looking to showcase the impact and successes of our organization in celebration of our 25th Anniversary, and wanted to create a narrative video that interviewed past and present leadership, and was something polished and succinct we could present at a work event. Cayla and Ivan were so incredibly easy to work with - they communicate clearly and frequently, were flexible in their schedule, and were efficient in setting up/breaking down film equipment and working within the limitations of our facilities. Our team is so proud of the final product, and the video received great reception from our partners and stakeholders. Plus, our whole staff had a blast filming! We can't wait to use Ivan Anhe for our next video project!

Ivan Anhe Productions helped us storyboard our vision and plan the project. They went above and beyond providing style boards to help our team dress and accessorize in a cohesive fashion that would translate well. They recorded b-roll, 1-1 interviews, posed video, and candid video. They then created a variety of video clips, from a 'commercial' for our newest book, to individual 'meet the team' videos, to group team videos.

We wanted to create content to promote our Chandon Welcome to Our Garden National Tour. Ivan Anhe Productions was able to quickly put together a robust schedule of events, which included content capture at various consumer-facing and VIP-facing activations throughout a three day period.

How did you select Ivan Anhe Productions LLC and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with Ivan Anhe Productions on a separate project for La Grande Dame in months prior; the client was so thrilled, we could not think of a better partner to award this new project.

Cayla and Ivan were wonderful to work with. They were extremely responsive to all parts of the process, including several introductory calls with our client team to ensure all the information was shared across the board. Cayla and Ivan put together their proposals very quickly and were adaptable to our needs and feedback.

They were extremely wonderful to work with on site, and turned out edits in a timely manner for both video and photo needs.

How many resources from the Ivan Anhe Productions LLC team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Cayla as a shooter / producer, Ivan as a videographer, and a contracted photographer throughout the entire weekend event.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ivan Anhe Productions shared multiple videos for various marketing purposes including internal sizzle reels, account-specific promotion videos, social clips and Reels, as well as an external recap of the VIP event.

All content was received extremely well internally and the team could not be more excited about working with Ivan Anhe Productions in the future.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow was extremely effective. Cayla is exceptionally organized and responsive, and was sure to clarify any points before updating / editing documents or videos to streamline the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ivan Anhe Productions LLC is adaptable to the client's needs. This event was entirely different from the previous project we hired the team for, so it was great to see them seamlessly shoot in a new style for a different brand.

We also loved that they were able to subcontract a photographer to meet the static photo needs for our event, covering all asset requests with one production company.

None. We love Cayla and Ivan and hope to work with them in the future!

We hired Ivan Anhe Productions to design and create a Web Site Video to show and describe our Business as well as showcasing our wide variety of Construction Projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Ivan was introduced to us through a close and trusted family member who had known and worked with him for many years.

We started with a discovery meeting and tour of buildings we have built over the years. They interviewed us to find out details about our business's "Concept to Completion" motto and integrated that into the narrative. We provided a narrative but they helped us finalize it and find the right person to narrate the video advertisement. We spent a few days with Ivan and his drone to get fantastic footage of our completed projects, the building process and interviews with satisfied customers. Cayla helped fine-tune the video, coming back to us several times to be sure they had captured what we wanted.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with Ivan and Cayla. They were instrumental in the entire creation of the video. They took the time to come to us with ideas and then go back and re-work it to be sure the end product was more than what we had envisioned.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Potential customers can now go directly to our website and see our company's ability to achieve "Concept to Completion". The footage is breathtaking and we have received positive feedback from previous clients on the impressive update to our website. Having the video on our website has proved to be instrumental in attracting new customers and gives an overall summary of everything that is possible with our design and build company.

We were impressed by the frequent emails from Ivan Anhe Productions to help keep us on track and finish our video in a timely manner. We were generally the cause of any delays as they worked hard to communicate with us. They would ask us questions and when we didn't have the answers, they would come up with suggestions that were incredibly helpful. They immersed their creative juices into making our "product" something special.

We are all very impressed by their desire to make sure that our video will be the best it can be. They genuinely wanted a product that they were proud of and that we were extremely happy with. They were thoughtful, creative and came up with a product beyond anything we could have imagined.
