The results clearly showed the effectiveness of their targeted approach. They sent only 6 CVs throughout the entire process, but 5 of them were highly relevant and advanced to the interview stage. The first suitable profile arrived within 5 days. The position was successfully filled in exactly 1 month. The hired Mid-Senior .NET Developer completed onboarding without any issues and began contributing to the ERP integration modules from his second week. In his first 3 weeks, he successfully developed and delivered two key integration components, which accelerated our project progress significantly.
