Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• ITS staff will work as part the reporting and fulfillment team at AM and will perform the following tasks.
• Design, develop and implement Java-based software applications and components. 
• Interact with AM Oracle Database using PL/SQL.
• Develop and maintain tools and services using Shell and Bash scripting. 
• Work on integrating systems using Java and other languages as appropriate.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Work with pre-production environments and complete release documentation of products. 
• Work cross-functionally with internal customers to support our business needs. 
• Write technical designs and component documentation. 
• Keep and communicate status and open issues with team leads and managers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On our projects we keep track of the burn-down of tickets during a sprint, our goal is to have all tickets assigned within a sprint to be completed within the time assigned on each sprint and track how many tickets were left open as well as how many of the estimates were off by a certain percentage

They delivered items on time. the talent attraction was always on track and once we onboarded the engineers they were available as requested, there were some issues with the first equipment specs but they were able to turn around in a quick manner and have the issue fixed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of personal follow up and review of any concern or question that we had was exceptional, also the flexibility when negotiating rates was much appreciated as they work with us in order to provide us with rates that are within our budget while still keeping the quality of the profiles that we received.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT-SEEKERS could have done differently?

My recommendation will be to continue to improve the English level of not only their individual contributors but also from the management team, since we are a company based in the US it is important that all official communications both in writing and in calls are done fully in English so the information can be shared across the company as needed

EVO service for Call Center department in which the sales agents can input orders into the system without managing sensitive data (credit card information) is needed. This is meet using an automatically generated payment link that could be sent to the Distributor via e-mail or even WhatsApp. This would allow Herbalife to avoid managing sensitive credit card information as well as securing the transactions.

1. The call center takes the Ds order and generates the order ID
2. The agent produces a payment link, in which the order ID is entered and linked to the Ds.
3. The payment link is sent to the Ds via email or WhatsApp from EVO’s payment engine.
4. The Ds inputs the credit card information into the link to process payment.
5. The company receives the confirmation of this payment through a regional service which will be development to push the payment details to HMS.

• Reduction in charbacks or charges not recognized by the DS
• Number of transactions. Around 300 daily payments are used by this means.

We use TFS, Microsoft teams and whatsapp for communication. And we had Sprint Planning and Sprint Review sessions.

ITS used the Scrum Framework, and divided into "Sprints" the phases of analysis, development and implementation services. Each “Sprint” had a duration of 2 weeks The deliverables were on time and covered the corresponding needs.

Their knowledge of agile methodologies and knowledge of new microsoft and mobile technologies is impressive.

Maintain knowledge of the business towards new people who take on current projects.

As an IT Department, we were looking to provide a solution to our internal customer who, due to their operations, must manage their own CRM, which we had to integrate with SAP ByD.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We are looking for a way to outsource this project, for which 3 prospective suppliers were interviewed, favoring ITS for their experience in integrating solutions with SAP ByD.

All the processes of this BU that is dedicated to the construction of sustainable real estate developments by their nature must be carried out in a specialized tool (software) for this type of company, but in the end the financial information must be in SAP ByD.

My contact is the ITS Director of Operations but 3 SAP consultants from his work team are involved.

The project is in its last stage, the last tests of information integration between the CRM and our ERP are already being carried out.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This project was assigned to another provider, but their responses were too slow now with ITS responses to questions flow faster and testing exercises are more continuous.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I consider it important to follow up on each of the projects or requirements that we have with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For the moment, their response times have been correct, and they have been well-received by our internal team.
