We had an urgent need to hire an Art Director to relieve our managers and streamline the process. It was a challenging role since we set very high standards for the skills and expertise of our art specialists. The Recruit Alliance team provided many candidates, responded promptly, quickly arranged interviews, and, in the end, helped us close the vacancy in a fairly short time.

We was impressed that the first results for the vacancy appeared quite quickly. Usually, I’ve faced situations where recruiting agencies take a long time to "get going" with the search, spend too much time on preparation, and just send a stream of resumes without adjusting the selection after rejections. But here, the process seemed well-organized and clear.

I’m the CEO and founder of Cosina. We’re a digital marketplace that connects professional and semi-professional chefs with local customers by offering high-quality, authentic meals prepared in their own certified kitchens.

We needed help hiring two personnel members for our launch.

What was the scope of work with IT Recruit Alliance?

IT Recruit Alliance was responsible for sourcing and presenting qualified candidates for key operational and leadership roles within our food tech startup. They handled the full recruitment cycle, including initial candidate screening, CV evaluation, coordination of interviews, and follow-up communication. 

The main deliverables included a shortlist of vetted candidates for each role, detailed candidate profiles with insights into background, experience, and suitability, coordination and scheduling support for interviews, and ongoing feedback and candidate management during the hiring process.

I mainly worked with two teammates from IT Recruit Alliance.

I found them through LinkedIn. IT Recruit Alliance was really responsive and eager to help for an early-stage startup.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project ended in April 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

IT Recruit Alliance helped us successfully hire multiple key team members within a short time frame, including an operations manager and a marketing lead. We received high-quality candidates within just a few days of briefing, and over 80% of the candidates they presented were interview-worthy. 

We were able to fill key roles within approximately 2–3 weeks from the initial briefing. IT Recruit Alliance provided us with strong shortlists very quickly, and we moved to final interviews in under 10 business days for most roles. So far, 100% of the candidates hired through them remain in their positions, and they’ve had a clear positive impact on our operations and launch planning.

How did IT Recruit Alliance perform from a project management standpoint?

IT Recruit Alliance’s project management was highly responsive, efficient, and well-organized. They delivered candidate shortlists promptly, usually within just a few days of the initial briefing, and were always quick to adjust based on our evolving needs. 

Communication was clear and timely — we never had to chase them for updates. They handled coordination, follow-ups, and feedback loops with professionalism, making the entire hiring process smooth and time-saving for our team. Overall, they fully delivered on time and exceeded expectations in terms of responsiveness and flexibility. We communicated via Messenger.
