I'm the owner and chief SEO consultant of an SEO consulting company focusing on small sedrvice area businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire IT Radix LLC?

They've helped with backup solutions, internet connectivity and speed, software and hardware troubleshooting, just about everything IT-related.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've known this vendor since before the company was founded; the owner is in a networking group I belong to.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

This isn't really a "project", but more ad hoc support on an as-needed basis.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I've worked with a number of technicians at the company but I'm not sure of their official job titles.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The best outcome I can cite is that whenever I have an IT issue, they are still my first and only call.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable with outstanding communication skills, which is not always a given at other IT companies. They listen.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their responsiveness is the first thing that comes to mind,, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the entire company culture, which is supportive, not only of their clients, but among themselves and to the larger local community.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No improvement needed. I just need them to continue their current level of excellence.
