IT Outposts created a detailed monitoring dashboard for our development team, ensured smooth project scalability for main cloud providers, and performed high availability optimization. Additionally, they are developing a service for crash dump collecting and sending.

The communication and workflow was in high quality for us. Every day we had daily meetings and every Monday i recieved detailed feedback fro vendor team that made our cooperation clear as possible.

Most impressive was quality of work that was provided by IT Outposts.

I can't tell that anything should be improved from IT Outposts because all processes were just perfect! It's pleasure to work with such professional team!

We came to IT Outposts with some existing infrastructure, but we needed to rebuild everything from scratch. This was because we had previously worked with an external DevOps team that had hosted our services on their proprietary cloud. This was fine during development, but our goal was to expand into European markets, and that infrastructure just wasn't enough to go live. Plus, since our infrastructure was on our previous partner's cloud, they controlled all the scripts, which created a dependency.

IT Outposts thoroughly examined our current and long-term goals and has now deployed us on DigitalOcean. They configured all infrastructure components from the ground up: multiple environments, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and logging etc. They also set up ElasticSearch and RabbitMQ.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Right now, we have everything needed to launch and test our MVP. We're completely ready to handle our first traffic, and over time, we'll explore new solutions with IT Outposts to further scale our shopping app across Europe and beyond.

IT Outposts has thoughtful project management. They know how to set priorities and account for task dependencies. This helped us efficiently upgrade our infrastructure in a relatively short timeframe.

Communication with the IT Outposts team is easy and pleasant. We always know we can come to them with questions or clarifications, and they'll happily, patiently, and thoroughly explain everything.

What's also important is that their main focus isn't just on technical tasks and technical metrics. Our project is always planned based on our business objectives.

IT Outposts works with business goals in mind. We started our cooperation to find that balance for our current needs—a technological solution that could most cost-effectively support the launch of our MVP and attract initial traffic. At the same time, we also think about scaling our setup, since our project is designed to be international.

I believe it's very important when working with DevOps contractors that they understand the business and make decisions that are best for the business right now, while also understanding that it will inevitably grow, and build everything in a way that won't require redoing work later.
