They also developed multiple custom apps — features nobody else has — built specifically for our needs.  These complex features serve our customers and set us apart from other e-commerce sellers.

ITGeeks planned and executed our entire site migration, moving customer data, sales history, and product data into the Shopify system.  SEO was optimized, redirects were established, organic links were preserved, and our domain authority was not impacted.

Our old POS/website was with Lightspeed and we decided it was time to move to somethiing more flexible and robust. Once we settled on Shopify, we found ITGeeks listed as a partner who could help us with the migration and design process.

From the beginning of contact, ITGeeks has been helpful with sorting out what needed to be traansferred, how to prepaare for the process, the timeline, the expectations, and offered support every step of the way.

ITGeeks promptly delivered exactly what we were hoping for in a reasonable timeline. We did not have any downtime due to the migration process and in fact, our online sales almost immediately increased!

From our very first communication, they carefully listened to my vision and aesthetic goals, ensuring the design reflected exactly what I had in mind. I was impressed with the ease of working remotely with the team and not having any issues. I am also impressed with the ability of this team to ask the needful questions in order to really understand what my vision was for the platform. They used this to create a beautiful website that perfectly encompasses my vision and goals.

I really have nothing to add for improvement, my experience was seamless and enjoyable.
