I wanted to improve my website so my following would expand and my business would grow.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They update my website two or three times a year with to comply with new government healthcare regulations. Sometimes it’s more often and sometimes it’s less. It all depends on what the government does.

What is the team composition?

I work with their full staff, including the owner.

How did you come to work with Iscan 360?

They were referred to me. We’re both small business so we have to stick together. Plus, they would give me more personalized attention than a large corporation would.

We’ve been working together for five years.

They do superior work. They’re a small business that gives their clients a lot of personal TLC.

They’re excellent. We communicate via texting, e-mail, and phone.

They give me a lot of personal attention. Their owner does a great job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn't be with them if they had to improve.

Any advice for potential customers?

You really have to know your goals and where you want to get to. I'm not a techie, but the owner does a wonderful interpretation of my business needs. He can translate what a lay person says into technical information for my website.

I’m a part owner of TEC Sports, a manufacturer representative agency. We rep about ten different manufacturers that focus on players and their safety.

We hired ISCAN 360 to design our site, company line sheets, brochures, and drawings for end products.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted user-friendly and excellently designed brochures and website. We wanted to give our customers a high-quality product.

We used ISCAN 360 previously with another company where we found them through an interview process. They were by far the best, which is why we engaged with them again.

ISCAN 360 delivered high-quality, phenomenal work. It’s one of the critical factors to why our business has been successful. We experienced an increase in customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams was a blessing. Ernest does excellent work and communicates well. Open communication is key. We’ll never have to use another vendor.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The response and quick turnaround for all the projects were terrific. Our success hinges on how fast we receive their design work.

ISCAN 360 goes above and beyond. No need for improvement.
