What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our biggest win was that our lead flow stopped leaking. Before working with isaWOW, demo requests were getting lost between our forms and HubSpot. After they rebuilt and automated the capture and routing, inbound leads landed where our sales team could act on them. On top of that, isaWOW set up a buyer intent system that showed us which companies were engaging with us in real-time, so our team could follow up on real accounts instead of guessing.Once the buyer intent system was running, it surfaced close to 200 companies actively engaging with our site. In any given week, we saw around 20–25 high-intent accounts we could hand straight to sales. We never had that visibility before.Moreover, the fixed funnel meant we started getting real qualified demo requests through HubSpot properly, including some that came straight from our content rather than paid channels. Our overall site engagement grew alongside it, with monthly impressions in the 25,000 range and steady growth in the companies reaching our buyer pages.Before working with isaWOW, prospects filling out our demo form hit a dead end, so a lot of genuine interest never turned into an actual booked call. Once they fixed the form flow and automation behind it, more requests converted into real demo bookings and reached our sales team instead of getting stuck. We also saw better quality in who was coming through because the buyer intent side meant our team was spending time on companies that were actually engaged rather than chasing cold contacts.Additionally, the content and reporting side got automated, so instead of pulling numbers manually every week, we got a clear performance report on a set cadence.
