As the Sales System Analyst at a complex Financial Consulting Firm, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of integration software. By streamlining our workflows and automating repetitive tasks, we have empowered our team to focus on high-impact activities that drive business growth. 

Prior to implementing integration software, our team was bogged down by manual data entry and tedious processes. This resulted in wasted time, increased errors, and a lack of visibility into key performance indicators. With the integration software, we have eliminated these roadblocks. We have seen a significant reduction in unprofitable hours spent on busy work. 

By automating low-value tasks, we have reclaimed an average of 5-10 hours per week per user, which has been reallocated to high-output activities that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Automation capabilities have been a game-changer. We have automated everything from lead generation and email marketing to customer relationship management (CRM) updates. This has freed up our team to engage in more strategic initiatives, such as developing creative campaigns and analyzing market trends.

We required an automated process on our back-end due to the custom nature of the items we provide. Each order comes with a digital art proof that needs to be approved. This results in additional manual work, time and resources if not automated. An automated order process was created using the following platforms: Trello, Etsy, Shopify, Google Drive, AirTable, Close CRM, Quickbooks, and Slack for two different brands that we operate.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The fact that we were able to remove the manual work for our internal team to send digital art proofs and simultaneously save our clients time by clicking and approving a proof instead of sending an email...that's the outcome we measured.

Ryan and the team did a great job of delivering on time and responding to our needs. Communication was efficient, prompt, and thorough. They operated at the same speed of my team: quickly.
