We have more than 15 years of experience in the development of customer solutions based on MS Access. Last year, we decided to move one of our solutions to a web-based application to utilize the reduction of service efforts for updating client computers.
With moving to web-based solutions we had to learn new technologies (asp.net, MVC, Azure SQL DB). Thus, we were looking for a partner who could help us to get started. Our partner should have excellent skills in asp.net programming (MVC, C#, html, Kendo UI) and in MS SQL database handling techniques.
The goal of the project was to deliver web pages as defined by us.
SOLUTION
Over a time period of 6 months a series of 6 sprints of web-page programming were defined by us to move the functionality of our access solution to the web.
The stories to be worked out were defined by us on a weekly basis and communicated via skype by text and/or voice calls. Work was to be delivered by the provider into Visual Studio Team Services and then tested by us on our PCs with the hosted solution in Azure.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
IntoBi exhibited high professionalism in processing the work to be delivered. They demonstrated high skills and capacities in writing asp.net web pages including a wide range of related programming languages and tools.
Work was delivered on time and complete in excellent quality and value for money ratio. Bugs were corrected promptly. Communication proceeded smoothly in English.

We’re getting way more bookings now and fewer phone calls, which is great. We’ve had 40% more online appointments since the launch. Patients like the site; one patient said it was the easiest time she ever booked a dental appointment. The site also looks a lot more professional now.
Honestly, the feedback has been all good. A few patients said it looked way cleaner and easier to use. One older patient told me he booked his appointment without having to call his daughter for help. People also like that they can pick the time and location they want without going back and forth on the phone. A couple of patients said the online forms saved them time, too, because they didn’t have to fill stuff out in the waiting room. There’s way less confusion now.

Intobi’s project management is solid. They haven’t missed any deadlines. We have a call every week, and they always answer my emails fast. Even after the site went live, they fixed a few small things right away.

Intobi actually cares about what we need. This isn’t just some cookie-cutter website; they’ve made it so it works for a real dental clinic. It’s not just a pretty design; it has practical stuff that helps our staff save time.

They built an e-prescription system with a blockchain crypto algorithm. A doctor can use a crypto key that goes back hundreds of years of prescription data. The journey of co-creating a global network was amazing. Patients from anywhere in the world can get consultations on prescriptions, second opinions, diagnoses and choose the right doctor with up to 4 doctors globally.
I gave them a 2-liner brief, every patient must have access to a doctor of their choice when needed. They worked on the idea for 4 weeks, presented all the pros and cons, opportunities and available technologies. They outlined what we could achieve through this system. It was an eye-opener because other companies I’ve worked with are less inclined to co-create a project.
Once the project is done, it will show which diseases are trending globally. We can alert the pharmaceutical industry in specific regions when diseases are on the rise. Intobi built the AI engine that allows for this. It will enable us to trace an individual’s epidemiology, genetics, family medical history, location and disease prevalence in a customer’s area. This will help us manage global health in a meaningful way.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We’re right on time and within budget with Intobi. I wanted to produce the best product that delivers the most value to the patient. They definitely delivered, adding features to benefit customers. For instance, there's a function that allows those struggling with the same diseases to meet up for support. Patients find that social support helps them get better, and this can be achieved through this remarkable product.
We started doctor acquisition campaigns six weeks ago. So far, we have 3,000 specialists registered, enabling us to provide 60,000 medical consultations daily or 10 million annually. We haven’t even launched the product yet, but we've already received an award from the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare (IFAH).

We hired Intobi for our new software architecture and development. They were involved from the beginning of the project, discovery, requirements gathering, architecture, design and development. The platform is for clinics, hospitals and patients web and mobile.
At the beginning they did a requirements analysis. We had multiple sessions to discuss how we wanted to evolve the platform and provide feedback from the industry and our clients. Later on they took on the end-to-end development of the platform which is still ongoing. We have our own logo and branding that will be used on the platform.
The platform is web and mobile, Android and iOS, web works with all major browsers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We don’t have numbers yet as we are still rolling out the product. But we have a lot of collateral from Intobi.
I haven’t seen the code yet as it’s still being architected and designed. As for the quality of design and screen flows I would rate them high.

So far they have been within or under budget. Timelines and deadlines have been on target. They told us how long it would take and did the sprint planning accordingly and stuck to it.
We use Basecamp and JIRA for project management. Communication is done via audio conference calls and screen sharing via GoToMeeting. We don’t manage their resources instead they monitor their own resources. The project manager is always present during our biweekly meetings and available to answer questions. So far so good.

We are building an online eCommerce tool with a core feature that generates marketing videos on behalf of clients. While the app's business logic is straightforward, its architecture and technical solutions are quite complex, designed to ensure it performs flawlessly under high-load conditions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
From the very beginning, we had a clear understanding of the app's logic and how it should function, but we faced challenges with its implementation. Since we hadn't done something like this before, we decided to partner with Intobi. Andrew, the CEO, took the time to fully understand our requirements and plan the delivery process. He assembled an excellent team of developers and architects to kick off the project. After several iterations, we ended up with a stable and reliable app.

We kept the process simple, as our main goal was to achieve results without turning it into endless discussions. Andrew, the CEO, gave us valuable advice on how the management flow should work, and we were happy to follow his recommendations. We had weekly calls for demos and to plan the upcoming week. Outside of that, we used Slack for daily communication and ClickUp to manage tasks. The process was efficient and reliable, leading to great results.

They aren’t just pretending—they are genuinely doing the work. Intobi didn’t push us to create hundreds of documents and specifications. Instead, they focused on productive calls and asked smart, targeted questions. Both sides worked together daily, turning discussions into actionable tasks in ClickUp. The team stayed focused on development, and within the time and budget, we achieved exactly what we set out to accomplish.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Intobi could have done differently?
For our small to mid-sized projects, Intobi was excellent. I can't speak to how they manage larger projects, as I haven't needed that level of service. However, for our needs, everything was handled perfectly.
