• We have had a set of KPI's we tracked and reacted to. Key acceptance criteria have been results of User Acceptance Testing and Performance Testing.

Intellexi PM support have been on the highest level. They have executed succesfully and on time all required deliverables. Also, their PM has been very proactive, bringing risks and providing suggestions for mitigations

Intellexi is not a large company, but their expertize is really wide, quality of their delivery is on the highest level, bot from technical and project timeline perspective. Also, they are very dedicated and focused on joint success. In the project we have had several scope/architectural changes with impact tothem, but they have been very flexible and adjustable to our needs.

I am director of our international business where we provide different IT system integration consulting projects for our clients. In some of our projects we require customer SW development and integration work.

NIL won a couple of large network automation projects in EU, Australia and GOLF region simultaneously, and we were faced with the lack of software engineers to deliver them. Projects dealt with the system designed to manage and automate large-scale network configurations for ISP and telco customers.

Both front-end and back-end part of the solution were involved. System had to be fast, intuitive, and stable, since it was to be used in core network operation centers for managing mission critical assets. Projects were in telco domain, and there are not so many companies with real hands-on in that area. Goal was to find a reliable partner who will help us deliver those projects in high quality, on time.

Intellexi vast experience in telco domain was the trigger to approach them.Company had experts in developing various OSS/BSS systems and services, including real-time systems such as on-line charging, which proved their ability to tackle with highly sensitive real time business systems.

We found them through a referral from one of our consultants that they used to work together on another project. We considered them with one other vendor. They were very supportive and result-driven that is why we chosen them.

Our were staring new projects to extend their services and improve existing network management processes. Projects included creating VNFs (Virtual Network Functions) with Cisco Network Service Orchestrator (NSO).

System needed to provide:

• Overview of all tracked links and networks
• Configuration of the overview to show only desired data points
• Possibility to add or remove tracked links or networks and propagating that data to the back-end
• Showing alarms and triggers for specific events (drop-outs, network congestion...)
• Possibility to deploy network configurations with a few clicks
• Detailed history and reporting with the ability to rollback changes if needed
• User management for accessing the application

No. We will source development services from Intellexi crew again, especially when tight on schedule.

Soon after a meeting with their CTO was arranged and we grew in confidence they knew what they were talking about and it felt right to start a collaboration.

Intellexi provided software engineers we were managing for daily tasks. The project is organized in an agile workflow kanban style and features are regularly prioritized and added to the platform. We use Kubernetes, Rust, Go, React and Angular.

We had one front-end developer, one tester, and 5 back-end developers.

Features have been added to the platform at a constant rate with limited bugs that were quickly resolved.

Intellexi developers proved to be self-starters and reliable. Very good communication skills. Intellexi did a good job retaining the developers that have been trained on our platform so we never had any major setbacks so far.

Quality and quantity of the non-code documentation produced require more focus.

We needed to design APIs for multiple telecom operators. Intellexi has provided support and helped us analyze, design, present and publish multiple APIs based on TMForum specifications
