We had a lot of customers' data but could not able to sort it and use it for the advertisement purpose and we really needed someone to sort the data and design a warehouse that could help us to easily store and use the data to reach a decision

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to reach out to our customers with new schemes and for marketing purposes. Since we had a lot of data so we needed the expertise to develop a data warehouse to easily access the data and even store it to reach out to better decision

We saw their ad on Google and then we contacted them. One of their representative reached out to us over email and then from their own we liked their presentation and ideas and decided to go ahead with them

Once we had them onboard we had a series of meetings where we discussed all our requirements about what we want to achieve from the data and our requirements. We wanted to have a warehouse where we can store information in a meaningful way and can use it for marketing and sales

Their were three members from their team including two engineers and one lead who used to give us an update about what's happening

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within six months we have seen improvements now our data is stored and managed well and it has helped us to increase our sales and build relationships with customers that are paying off well

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used to have meetings on every Saturday where their team would give us a presentation of what they did in a week and also give us an overview of what they are planning to do in the next week.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their technical knowledge. It was something that really impressed me.

No, I think they did their job well and I have nothing to say here.

We have hired Intellectyx to build a data warehouse for our company so that we can reach to better decision making. And we hired them to help us in building a data warehouse. We have heard about them that they provide big data analytics services so we contacted them for this project

We had a lot of data related to telecom and healthcare but we could not able to turn data into something important. So the goal of hiring them was to help us foresee the importance of data and take a decision

I came to know about them from Google and Contacted them. We'd a few discussion and after we got satisfied with their knowledge. We thought of moving ahead with them.

They had assigned us a project manager and three team members. They all were highly knowledgeable and always available to understand our pain points and come up with solutions.

After hiring them we were able to turn our large data into information that can help us to reach to a decision. It has helped our sales team to find better prospects and our marketing team to find the right audience. It helped our sales to increase in last few months and establish ourselves in the market.

We had a great time talking to their team. Their team was always available to listen to our concerns and come up with the solutions. We used to have meetings regularly with them and they always kept us updated about the project advancements

I was really impressed with their team, as in the first two meetings they heard us and showed us their plan of action. We regularly have meetings that helped us to improve our sales and understand the market

After hiring them we have seen continuous improvement in our positioning in the market. The big data analysis has helped us to understand the market and know about our customers, increasing our sales. In last three months, our sales have increased by 20%.

The communication was excellent. They used to submit the progress of project weekly, and on every Sunday we used to have meetings with them to understand the work that was being done and get an idea about the future roadmap

They are technically very sound. Especially their tool knowledge is awesome and punctuality I liked the most

We’ve learned how to automate many processes involving large data sets of customer information. This has driven improved conversions in the last few weeks.

I was really impressed with their professional approach to the task. They organized weekly Skype meetings to discuss progress, and there were a few hiccups, but it was smooth overall.

In our first meeting, we spoke with the team about our goals and pain points. Since our first site was static, and we wanted to make the platform dynamic. Also, we wanted them to develop a native mobile app from scratch.

They gave us two developers and a web designer for this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After six months, they completed both the web development and the mobile app. Now our mobile app and website look professional, and we have seen users engaging with our content. Downloads of our app have increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was the best thing between our and their team. We used to have a meeting every Sunday to discuss project progress. The project manager used to be part of the meetings, and he used to note all our suggestions and explain to us in detail everything they developed. In between meetings, we discussed things on Trello. We were impressed with how they listened to us and delivered what we initially discussed.

They were really professional, stuck to their words, and delivered the project on time. They were also flexible and technically sound.

They reached out to us through LinkedIn. We agreed to hire them after having a phone conversation and seeing their proposal.

We worked with four people from Intellectyx Inc, including two graphic designers, one developer, and a brand manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Intellectyx Inc’s designs give our website a classy look that appeals to our target audience. As a result, we’ve received positive feedback along with a few leads.  

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Slack for communication, which was effective. Intellectyx Inc easily understood what we wanted and delivered accordingly, so we did not have to waste time with multiple meetings. They were also proactive about solving the initial issues that came up.

I was impressed with their knowledge of the field. Plus, their support team was always there to listen and help us solve our problems.

They could still improve their speed and communication.
