Intelivita is building a native mobile app for Android and iOS devices for a restaurant management platform. Features include search functionality, profile-building, booking, and unique branding.
The app is still under development, but each new feature has been positively received by users and stakeholders. Intelivita delivers high-quality app development work that meets and beats the requirements. Their responsiveness, proactiveness, and willingness to make suggestions stand out.

transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder and COO of a software development house that manages an interactive restaurant management system.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We wanted to develop a fully-integrated restaurant management system (RMS) that bridges the gap between the restaurant side and the diner side. We specifically wanted to design an app for the diner side of the platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Intelivita built the diner app for us. It’s built dor iOS using Swift and Android using JavaScript. We didn’t provide wireframes, but we had a clear idea of what we wanted the app to do.
Diners can search restaurants by cuisine, location; make reservations; note any allergens; build a profile, and collect points. It’s similar to other booking apps, but the difference in our app is that we don’t charge for this.
What is the team composition?
My principal point of contact is Oliver (Director, Intelivita).
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
I found vendors by researching on the Internet and, based on reviews, whittled down my list. I chose Intelivita because, as a young company, they were a fit in many ways. Their demonstrated technical expertise and entrepreneurial attitude fit ours in terms of our workflow and culture.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about £50,000 (approximately $64,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in March 2019 and is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We do a lot of internal testing every time a feature is built. That means testing it with our team and with our consumers. Everyone absolutely loves it. We don’t get any negative feedback. Also, from their work on the app's look and feel as a unique product under our RMS, we get told it looks like a million-dollar brand.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
They use Basecamp as our central hub of communications, but I personally don’t like it as much. I insist on having a weekly call with Oliver because that’s my style. They’re very responsive and proactive, and their project management has been very strong.
What did you find most impressive about them?
In interpreting what we were hoping to achieve, Intelivita took our idea and went above and beyond. I was impressed with that. They really saw what we were trying to achieve, beyond the technical specs and documentation. They've made the brand and user experience very fluid and have the confidence to challenge us if they think something could be done better. Intelivita has absolutely been one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’d ask that they not use Basecamp. It’s a chaotic tool, and I only work with it because that’s what they use.
Any advice for potential customers?
Be transparent about what you’re trying to achieve. Don’t just tell them about the specific product; let them see who you are as a business and what your long-term goals. We did that, and we got a product that’s built for both the present and the future.

Intelivita developed an app for iOS and Android devices for a workplace training platform. The app scans physical stickers to trigger specific training videos set to a particular location or time.
The project is complete for now, but Intelivita delivered high-quality development that pleased the client, leading to the possibility of more work in the future. Their quick response times, regular communication, and timeliness contributed to a smooth collaboration.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a training and educational platform. We help workplace-to-workplace instruction.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We wanted to develop an app that would trigger training videos at the exact time that staff members needed access to them.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Intelivita built an application that lets companies train employees more dynamically. An employee would walk up to a physical point, find a sticker that they hold their phone over, and receive training in the form of a video that automatically plays right there. That way, employees get the right information at the right time. Intelivita built it for iOS and Android devices.
What is the team composition?
We worked with quite a few people, but the main point of contact was Harit (Technical Project Manager, Intelivita).
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
We found them on Google and went with them because they had the experience in the area we needed, along with positive reviews and a great reputation.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about £10,000 so far (approximately $13,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from October 2019 until January 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of the app is great.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed really well. We kept in touch through Basecamp and phone calls. If I ever sent them a message, they replied very quickly and vice versa. They did a good job of meeting deadlines as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I don’t know other service providers because I’m new to this business, but this project went very smoothly. I couldn’t ask for more. Whenever we came up with something that we needed Intelivita to do, they’d always take time to think about it and come back with a solution.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nope.
Any advice for potential customers?
Intelivita replies very quickly to messages, so you should reply quickly as well. Otherwise, you’ll just slow the process down.

Working with wireframes, Intelivita assisted a sporting social media company in developing its product. They first built the iOS version of the solution and aim to produce an Android version in the future.
The final solution is fully-functioning, complete with all the required capabilities. The growing userbase appreciates the navigatable, intuitive final product. The team succeeded in the development by prioritizing effective communication through Basecamp, Trello, and TestFlight.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of POWPOW, a sporting app. Its mission is to provide its users the world of sports in their hands. The premise is to aggregate all your sports-related interests into one app.
It connects users with like-minded individuals who enjoy the same sporting activities. Users can create events, share content, and consume content that's specific to sporting interests. We have four sporting categories: land, sky, water, and parasports. In those four categories, we have 140 sports.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We needed help with app design and development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We provided them with ideas and some basic branding and functionality. They produced wireframes, and we requested the color orange and dark gray. They came up with a suitable color scheme pallet. At that point, their team showed the user journey of creating profiles, making a booking, and connecting to other people.
From that, they were able to extract more information from us to develop use cases. They took our idea and delivered the end products. The app is on iOS at the moment. The plan is to do an Android version this year. We also want to develop and iterate both apps as we go along. There are several cool features in the backlog that we want to work through, including wearables.
What is the team composition?
There’s a relationship manager, a solution architect, a scrum master, and a number of developers.
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
We approached a number of digital design agencies, including Intelivita. They were a recommendation to our founder by someone in his network.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about £55,000 (approximately $76,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2018, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched in December 2019 with a fully functioning app. The build was released for testing, and it became very collaborative. We felt like we weren’t just a customer but rather a true team. They listened to the things we wanted and made changes as needed.
The feedback from users has been very good. They liked that they can create a booking, can connect with nearby, likeminded individuals, and recieve content specific to them.
We always wanted to have an intuitive app with a few surprise features. We built functionality that allows for emails to those outside of the app to be sent out on time. Those users can respond, which appears in real-time on the app for the event organizers.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is very good. We haven’t had any major problems, able to work through any minor misunderstandings very quickly. Anything we want to do moving forward can be easily scoped out with them. We have a very good relationship with them. We use Basecamp, Trello, and TestFlight.
We worked in an agile methodology with two-week releases and regular phone calls and updates. We didn’t have that much interaction with the developers, but we had constant interaction with the scrum master. We spoke to the solutions architect about how the app would work moving forward and how we could extract analytics.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have the ability to understand what we need and effectively document it through wireframes. They also understand the bigger picture in terms of client goals. They can offer advice as well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing that needs to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t hold back on what you want your business to be like. If you have a passion for what you want to do, you need to show and share that. If Intelivita understands how important it is to a potential client, they'll become enthusiastic. They give a personal touch and understand that their reputation is one the line as well.

“They have a strong ability to listen to our needs and deliver in a very efficient timescale.”
Intelivita developed an iOS app, WordPress web widget, and Android app for an educational consultancy. They designed and built the deliverables from scratch based on given logos and spreadsheets.
The final deliverables have received nothing but positive feedback from all stakeholders, who praise the app’s intuitive, simple qualities. Making productive use of Basecamp and Skype, the team was able to collaborate efficiently with their partner and transparently share their progress.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and managing director of an education consultancy company. We have a range of services that we mainly offer to parents of students both in the United Kingdom and overseas. Our goal is to make education-related decisions easier, which can include choosing the right school, university preparations, or mentoring children who’re struggling in school.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We wanted to grow our presence in the online space to find people who’re interested in our services. Our team also needed a solution that would track the date of birth in connection with a child’s year in school. We were always counting on our fingers to do that, so we were looking for an app that could function as a simple solution to both needs.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed iOS and Android apps from scratch. We provided only our logo and the name for the app. Apart from that, we had a spreadsheet that contained the age calculation and content needed to create the age functionality. They completely determined and designed the look and feel of each page, the UX, and the general functionality of the app. The team also added a web widget to our website that offers a similar solution for desktop users. That sits on our WordPress site.
The app has launched in September 2019 and is being used by parents, schools, and admissions boards in their efforts to make education-related choices. The solution was really designed for parents to help their children through the British education system, though. It provides individualized results for children.
What is the team composition?
We have contact with one person on their team. I was communicating with them on a regular basis, and I’m sure they had a team working behind them.
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
We selected Intelivita from 3–4 potential vendors. I noticed that they’re based reasonably close to us, which was important. We also found that they were able to provide a clear delivery timeframe. Our team was impressed with that clarity. They had a deliberate plan, which made it easy for us to understand what we were agreeing to. That’s why we hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about £4,000 (approximately $5,100 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from August–September 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Those who’ve given feedback indicated that the app is a clear, simple solution to the problem. Several people have given us their input on the solution. Schools and institutions have taken a real interest in it, offering suggestions for how we might develop in the future to make ourselves available to education systems around the world. For example, students could transfer from a British school to a school in the United States. Overall, we’ve been received positively. The web widget, especially, is used by many.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
Our project manager was clear in his communication and prompt in calling us back. The initial plan he developed was so close to what we were looking for. We felt totally comfortable in his understanding of our goals in the education space. Our team found him a real pleasure to work with and a refreshing change from other past partnerships. They really listened to our needs and took them to heart in the development.
For communication, we used Basecamp and the occasional Skype call. We accomplished everything mostly via Skype messaging and sharing information and images through the project management software.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a strong ability to listen to our needs and deliver in a very efficient timescale. We know they have the expertise it takes to effectively and clearly create a solution that aligns with our goals. Our team ended up being able to deliver what we were aiming to provide our customers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Some development partners struggle to develop a solution with your needs in mind. They were able to do that, which was a refreshing change. Their team works well with clients because they’re efficient, friendly, and supportive. They’ve found a really good balance, so I can’t say anything negative.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re very focused on project goals. Make sure you have a clear brief written that details what you want to achieve. That’ll ensure that the project is delivered exactly as you have in mind. There’s not a huge amount of dialog during the build, so if people are fuzzy on their goals, they might not end up with what they want. It’s important to have clearly defined project plans.

Intelivita built an Android version of an iOS app for a power tools retailer. The team integrated a system to display distinct notifications based on content updates into the native platform.
Intelivita delivered a well-functioning app to satisfaction. The team worked fastidiously and directed the engagement effectively, guiding efforts to ensure the collaboration remained on schedule. They invested time to understand project goals, which informed a valuable partnership.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the e-commerce manager at ITS. We’re a retailer of power tools and trade-related equipment. We sell around 20,000 tools that tradesmen use. We’re a B2C small company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We had someone who created a basic iOS app for us internally. The platform had various links that send users to different parts of our website. The functionality was basic. We wanted an Android version of the app, but our in-house developer didn’t have the necessary experience.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We tasked Intelivita to develop the same exact iOS app on an Android platform for our customers. I integrated the platform with our back office and built a SQL table for it, meaning the platform was built natively. Their team created a complex notification system where the bottom half of the app was geared around content that we were going to produce and different categories of content. Within the app, they developed an actual notification process where different categories have their own notification platform. For example, if we had a new article in buying guides, users would see a red circle with a number one but receive a separate notification if there was a new video, product, or deal of the day.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two people. I engaged with a developer and an account manager who was my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
We found them through PeoplePerHour where I posted the job. Intelivita had the best, most accurate response and understood the project’s goals before any other vendor. They were also priced fairly.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $3,200 on the product.
What is the status of this engagement?
We collaborated between January–March 2019 on the app.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Generally, we were pleased. I was happy with the functionality of the app. It took effort for them to understand our internal limitations. They had to deal with our third-party software developers and IT team, meaning it required effort to get everyone on the same page. But, I was very happy with the final results.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
Intelivita performed well. To be honest, they chased me far more than I chased them. Predominately, we communicated via PeoplePerHour because that’s what they preferred. Towards the backend of the project, we moved to Skype as we wanted a more instantaneous review response. We scheduled meetings as needed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We found their speed of work and understanding of what we were trying to achieve to be impressive. Their team grasped our intentions with the app easily. I’ve dealt with programmers before when— after having one conversation with them—they went off to build a product that’s completely different than expected. Intelivita made sure they understood what we were trying to achieve 100% before building the product.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Intelivita could try to understand each individual companies’ capabilities internally. They assumed we had more access and knowledge than we actually did, which resulted in back and forth with our IT company before we were on the same page and knew what we could achieve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be primed and ready with a specific idea of all the functionalities—no matter how small—and give as detailed a breakdown as you can so they know exactly what you’re after and can follow that with absolute clarity as opposed to getting mixed messages.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Fusion Feedback, an online feedback platform.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We needed someone to develop our web portal and mobile apps.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We provided basic wireframes for the web portal. For the native mobile apps, I described what I wanted them to look like and that I wanted them for iOS and Android.
The systems are intended for dental practices and their patients. After coming out of dental surgery, patients can give on-premise feedback using a questionnaire. The business builds the questionnaire within the web portal, it shows up on the app, and then the user logs into the web portal to leave feedback.
What is the team composition?
Oliver (Managing Director, Intelivita) is our main point of contact. There’s someone else in charge of development.
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
After some research, I spoke to 6–8 companies. I had discussions with them and then found Intelivita through Clutch. I determined that they were the best fit in terms of how they work and pricing. Their team also understood my business idea and the results I was looking for. Other companies didn’t seem to get it at all. I selected Intelivita after narrowing it down to three agencies.
How much have you invested with them?
The development projects cost around $18,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The first phase lasted from May to September 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I kept Intelivita on as my developers. We’re currently in phase two. During testing, there weren’t many fixes or changes needed. After live user testing, we will move on to the next stage. The team at Intelivita is very flexible, keeping to the original price even when the spec changed.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team came up with suggestions and ideas I liked while questioning certain things, as well. They used Basecamp, which was perfect for the project, and we had meetings when necessary.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their general work ethic and responsiveness were impressive. They worked well with the timeline.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve. They were excellent.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clients should make sure the project is scoped out properly from a user point of view. My experience is, if it isn’t down on paper, it won’t get done. Customers need to think about every possibility.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and director of a sports app.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We needed someone to develop our mobile gaming app. We wanted to create a fantasy cricket culture and community, similar to that of the fantasy football culture in the US.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Intelivita developed our native iOS and Android app from scratch. They integrated scoring APIs and a live chat system. The team also developed different features that enable users to draft particular players and determine score by calculating the points of respective players. They made sure the drafting place, the draft rooms, and the chat system worked optimally. We experienced a few hiccups during development, but we managed to work through those.
What is the team composition?
There were 7–8 Intelivita team members who worked on the project. I worked with one point of contact and wasn’t directly involved with the developers.
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
I looked for experienced companies online. We met 5–6 companies and, after discussing the scope of work and the timelines, we felt Intelivita was the right fit for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere in the range of $250,000–$500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project took place in January–June 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Users enjoy the app. We experienced a few issues when we launched the first version of the app in March 2019, but Intelivita was supportive and overcame those issues. They worked overtime to ensure they delivered the product on time, since we wanted to have a stable app for the forthcoming Cricket tournaments.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
They tried their best to meet the deadlines. There were a few gaps with documentation. At one point, someone from Intelivita left the project, and I had to work directly with promoters to make sure everything stayed on schedule.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were responsive and proactive. When we faced issues, their team was readily available and made sure we overcame them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I know we were moving quickly and requested a lot of changes, but they still could’ve documented the progress of the project better. We also worked with many different team members during development; they should look into their attrition rate.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You shouldn’t just give them the project and rest assured that it will be delivered how you want it to be. The client needs to provide constant opinions, feedback, concerns, and testing. You should allocate a resource from your team to be continuously involved in this project. Make sure documentation and communication are transparent and on point.

Intelivita prototyped an app for an investor pitch. Using Marvel tools, they finalized the design based on prepared wireframes. They integrated animated video content into versions for multiple platforms.
Tasked with meeting an incredibly tight deadline, Intelivita rapidly delivered a prototype within a five-day turnaround time. They made a marked effort to understand the requirements. The team had stellar communication and proactively contributed original ideas to enhance the design.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of a company that’s creating an app parents and teachers can use to teach children from the ages of 2-11 about mindfulness.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We were preparing to pitch our business concept to investors and needed a partner to develop a basic prototype of our app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Intelivita developed a basic prototype for our app so we could show potential investors what it could look like on various platforms. Our idea centers on an app that distributes massive open-source video content.
We gave them wireframes of how we wanted it to look and the team contributed ideas as well. They designed the final layout for the solution using Marvel tools.
We hired a different third-party vendor to produce an animated video to integrate into the prototype. Intelivita integrated the video into platforms where it was compatible.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Oliver (Managing Director, Intelivita).
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
I found Intelivita through a freelance platform where I read positive reviews of their work. They had a fair hourly rate for building prototypes and their timelines worked well with ours.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than less than $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2019 for under a week.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It was a basic prototype but for the money and timeline, we couldn’t have asked for better. They met our extremely tight deadlines; we literally had to present the prototype to investors 4–5 days later.
In light of our limited timeline and budget, we couldn’t have asked for a better deliverable. They completed the prototype in under a week. Despite its simplicity, we were pleased that the prototype met our expectations.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was a strength we saw from the managing director, who served as our point of contact. He excelled at communication and stayed in constant contact via phone, text, and email. They rapidly supplied us with everything we needed right on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
For the budget and time we provided, Intelivita truly went the extra mile for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The prototype was quite simplistic from a design perspective, so UX design might be a skill they could strengthen. To be fair, though, we gave them very limited time to complete the project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They communicate effectively and hit deadlines. The managing director took the time to understand what we wanted. I suggest using them.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a freelance team producer at ITV Broadcasting, a broadcast media company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
My company wanted to create an escape room experience that mixed cyber and physical elements. We needed help developing and designing a web application that would be a central part of this experience.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
My team provided the Intelivita team with design assets of how we wanted the app to look. We walked them through some of the key elements that we wanted. For instance, there would be facilitators handling each escape room, so the web app needed to be user-friendly. Intelivita took this information and created the web app from scratch. They integrated different features, like prompt elements and a timer.
What is the team composition?
Our main contact was Oliver (Managing Director, Intelivita). He answered any questions we had about the scope of the project. We also engaged with Tuhin (Co-Founder, Intelivita), who addressed our feedback and updated us on progress. During run-throughs of the app, we contacted Tuhin if we had any questions or noticed issues, which he fixed.
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
I found Intelivita online. They had great reviews and a lot of working experience, and they offered the services that we needed. When I called Oliver, he was very helpful and willing to work within our tight timeframe.
How much have you invested with them?
My company spent less than $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project took place in May 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The feedback from my team has been very positive.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
We did several dry runs of the app, and Intelivita responded to our feedback and made any changes we requested quickly and efficiently. They managed the project incredibly well and made our tight deadline a priority; they even worked on weekends to make sure they could meet it.
Base camp was our main form of communication. I also spoke with Oliver over the phone; if my team had any questions after an internal meeting, I knew I could call him.
What did you find most impressive about them?
When we approached Intelivita, we weren’t entirely sure of what we wanted. After providing them with a description of how each escape room experience was going to pan out and a general overview of the look and feel we wanted, they understood our needs and what we were looking for. Intelivita took our ideas and brought them to life. The team ensured that the look and feel of the web app were consistent.
They also helped us to understand how the web app would work. Since we planned to bring the escape room experience across the country, they explained that what they were creating would be available as a URL. The team provided insights, suggestions, and clarifications to ensure my team’s comprehension. They asked us questions in many areas that we hadn’t thought of, which helped us work out the smaller details we would’ve otherwise overlooked. For example, they asked us whether, when users need to enter certain answers into the app, the words should be uppercase or lowercase. Also, they suggested making the URL password-protected, so that not just anyone could get into the web app.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I can think of. They were really helpful throughout the whole process.
Any advice for potential customers?
Our teams had several discussions early on over email and phone about what we were looking for. We made sure we were on the same page, which helped us get to this endpoint where we’re all happy.

Intelivita helped design and develop the web version of a meditation application. They translated specs and sketches into a framework, built the app in HTML and PHP, and provided testing.
The web app launched and met praise for its easy-to-use design. Intelivita delivered a high-quality product against tight deadlines and with top-notch management. Their technical expertise paired with constant communication made for a seamless workflow.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the founder of an app development company. We’ve built apps and platforms for about eight years.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Intelivita?
We needed to build a meditation application for one of our clients.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Intelivita provided development support for the web version of a mobile application—our team did the main app separately. The web app offers users a survey to collect feedback. It then sends users sample meditation tracks to try when they are studying and under stress.
Intelivita helped in all areas of design, testing, and delivering. We gave the team an outline with sketchy images. They then put it together in their format which we agreed to and went ahead with. They also recommended what technology to use and built the web app in HTML and PHP.
What is the team composition?
Oliver (Managing Director, Intelivita) was our main point of contact. 3–4 members of the team worked on the project.
How did you come to work with Intelivita?
They initially reached out to us to collaborate more on our ongoing workload. We were trying to pick the right project to begin our relationship with and then work out how we can collaborate on a more regular basis going forward. This project seemed to be the right fit.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent around £10,000 (Approximately $12,900 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from February–April 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have received positive feedback on the platform and what Intelivita has delivered. People have found the app intuitive to use.
How did Intelivita perform from a project management standpoint?
The project went smoothly. Intelivita managed every step well. They were in constant communication, and they hit every milestone and deliverable. We used Slack, Skype, and at times, direct phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Intelivita delivered on time and quickly ironed out any small obstacle we might have had. Their communication was fantastic. The project came to them last-minute with stringent timelines and a lot of pressure on the team. Intelivita still managed to deliver.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so. That would be unfair considering how well they delivered and communicated throughout the project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust in what Intelivita is telling you; they know what they are doing.
