They mapped and organized business data, configured automatic refresh, validated the results, and prepared documentation. The solution supports structured analysis of sales, margins, products, customers, inventory, and pricing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome is that our data is now better organized and more reliable. We spend less time on manual preparation of reports, and the data can be refreshed automatically. The system gives us a clearer view of sales, margins, products, customers, and inventory. The project was delivered on time, and after implementation we did not experience significant errors. Overall, the solution made analysis easier and more consistent for our team.
