Development and implementation in Sandbox and then Production of B2B Prebooking ordering process. Key deliverables were: 

• Distinguishing between reorders and preorders 
• Creating a custom script to generate an invoice including the available to ship products of B2B preorders 
• Creating custom flows between Netsuite and our Warehouse system to connect and process these orders with partial shipments

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Pre ordering process now works as per requirement in our ERP, and we can successfully process, invoice and ship partial releases of the same order as per availability of the product

The project was not finished on time, since we had 2-3 weeks of back and forth emails and interactions were Integscloud was not exactly finishing all the requirements that I would be clearly detailing in my emails and communications with them. 

After this, it seemed to be all more clear for Integscloud and they were much more prompt with their response time and fulfilled the requirements from one email. Then, they showed a lot of flexibility with having meetings on short notice and finishing urgent development parts.

Clarify their doubts on certain requirements in a better way and make sure that the development they are notifying about is 100% finished. Instead, they would let me know that a task had been done for me to test, and then during my testing I would realise that it wasn't done or only partially done...

The team was responsible for converting Amazon orders into sales orders in our ERP system, managing inventory movements, and handling financial transactions. The integration also included invoicing and managing FBA shipments.

Integs Cloud Technologies Private Limited successfully transmitted data between Amazon Seller Central and our ERP system. All orders from Amazon Seller Central were converted into corresponding sales in our ERP system.

Integs Cloud Technologies Private Limited's project management was very professional. The team stayed on track with the original implementation plan and delivered results on time. We communicated via email and weekly calls.

1. End to end Order creation, fullfilment and invoicing in Netsutie

The project was managed in a professional manner, weekly calls and updates enabling continual sprints to achieve the work in the timeframes outlined. All change management was discussed, documented and signed off with both parties agreeing the best way forward. Any issues or concerns were addressed within 24 hours, both via email and virtual meetings. They were one of the best teams I have worked with through an implementation.

The access to the key members of the team, and their drive to achieve the best for us as the client.It doesn't matter who you engage with they all understand us as a client and aim to work with us making them feel a real part of our team.

Overall the projects went smoothly, no real issues or concerns, adapting through the project to current needs, therefore I don't think there was anything else that could have been done differently. From a visibility aspect, although we were fully aware of everything and the status of what was happening, it may be good to have a external project management board for even better visibility.
