Integral Vision provided coding and development support to implement a Baltic transparency dashboard for a software solutions company. Built in Drupal, the system had a public interface with an admin backend.
Integral Vision helped ensure that the final system pulled data from the Baltic balancing IT system (CoBA) and could adapt to new data source connections. While the team could adapt their speed and simplicity to projects backed by vast organizations, they did deliver ahead of time.

Project summary
Integral Vision started with a discovery stage to understand the complicated solutions which needed to be explained and the unique business needs. Then, they developed the web design needed to upgrade the site.
Feedback summary
Integral Vision successfully created a striking design that stands out from competitors’ sites and garners positive feedback from stakeholders. The team impressed with their strong commitment and dedication to the project. They proposed helpful ideas and offered good communication and flexibility.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business development manager at Navitasoft, an IT company and consultancy. We provide software solutions for the liberalized electricity and gas market space.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
We wanted to upgrade our website. There are quite a few software companies who specialize in the energy markets, but we wanted to stand out from the crowd and communicate efficiently about the complex solutions that we have. We needed an inspiring web design and website that could provide straightforward communication to our potential customers quickly and clearly.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We showed them examples of our competitors’ sites and our existing software solutions, and we shared our ideas of how we wanted them to develop our website. We told them about our business needs and gave them an overview of what we were looking for. They took the examples we showed them and came up with ideas, and we discussed the graphics and design.
What is the team composition?
After the first 3–4 meetings, I was only in contact with their team to check the progress and the deliverables.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
We had a long-standing relationship with them. They helped us with some of our clients’ work previously.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together on this project from July 2018–January 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We achieved one of the main targets, which was standing out from the crowd. They developed a modern and appealing look with great graphical solutions that reflects a professional team in the energy market. It also has some niches that are different from other providers. We also achieved the clear communication we wanted.
The internal feedback within the company is great. Employees like it a lot. We also get good feedback from our strategic partners on the design and the fresh new look.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
We met at our headquarters and also via videoconference. Their excellent and incredibly agile project management completely addressed our needs. We spoke every two weeks. When we were ready to go live, we had short, 5–10 minute daily stand-ups to go over the test cases and other details. They were flexible.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their engagement is impressive. They take ownership of the project and get into the details. They come up with ideas. They’re emotionally involved. They weren’t just a service provider, but this was like their own project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The final go-live period of testing could have been improved.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open. Sometimes we only had 5–10-minute meetings, but they were especially useful for clarification. They’re flexible and adjust to your needs.
