Statement of Work (SOW) for Azure Infrastructure Deployment and SAP Installation 

1. Project Overview: 
   1. The purpose of this project is to establish a scalable and secure Azure cloud infrastructure that will support the operational needs of the company, followed by the installation of SAP to leverage robust business processing and reporting functionalities. 
2. Objectives: 
   1. Deploying Infrastructure in Azure: - To design and implement a cloud infrastructure that is highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable to meet current and future business demands. 
   2. Installing SAP on a Prepared Azure Infrastructure: - To ensure a seamless installation of SAP that is optimized for performance, security, and reliability on the Azure platform. 
3. Scope of Work: 
   1. Infrastructure Deployment: 
      1. Detailed architecture design including subnetting, load balancing, and auto-scaling configurations. 
      2. Resource provisioning with a focus on virtual networks, virtual machines, storage solutions, and backup strategies. 
      3. Security implementation including network security groups, firewalls, and identity and access management. 
      4. Compliance checks against industry standards and company policies. 
   2. SAP Installation: 
      1. Environment preparation including OS configurations and database setup.

1. Project Timeline Adherence: Ensuring that the deployment and installation are completed within the agreed-upon schedule. This can be tracked through a work-back schedule, which includes task lists, descriptions, assignees, and due dates. 
2. Quality of Deliverables: The deliverables, such as the deployment report and installation report, should meet all the predefined specifications and standards. 
3. System Performance Metrics: Post-deployment, the Azure infrastructure and SAP system should meet or exceed the performance benchmarks set at the project's outset. 
4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): The success rate of UAT can indicate how well the system performs in a real-world scenario and if it meets the users' needs.

The process was very smooth: all communication was arranged smoothly and we could comment and ask questions all the time. The team was friendly and professional, really dedicated, and all our requirements and concerns were carefully considered. InTech Partner team also provided change management services based on ADKAR methodology and prepared our staff for innovations in the system.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of partnership development in an IT corporation that’s based in Ukraine. We have a presence in other countries as well, and our expertise is in the implementation and integration of subsystems. We deal with strategic outsourcing, business application, and industrial cyber security as well as Microsoft, SAP, cloud, and infrastructure solutions. Our company is a Microsoft gold-certified partner and SAP silver-certified partner.

What challenge were you trying to address with InTech Partner?

We were looking for an IT company to partner with in providing digital solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

InTech Partner is our partner in providing digital transformation technology to businesses. Their team helps us with our SAP solutions, Microsoft solutions, Microfocus solutions, business applications, and strategic outsourcing. They use an agile methodology for some of our software development projects.

What is the team composition?

For sales, I work closely with InTech Partner’s business development manager and CCO. Our software engineering department collaborates with around ten engineers who we invite to our negotiations with customers. We work with around 12 people in total. 

How did you come to work with InTech Partner?

We made a big marketing campaign on our website to invite IT companies to our partnership program, and InTech Partner was the first company to start working with us.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began in September 2021 and is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In the last half of 2021, we’ve secured more than 30 leads through InTech Partner’s efforts. A lot of our joint projects have been successful. Their sales team always delivers on time and works very hard to produce good results for our company.

How did InTech Partner perform from a project management standpoint?

They are flexible, punctual during meetings, and polite when asked hard questions. The project manager, in particular, is very competent and has a lot of work experience. We have a weekly meeting that also serves as our sales meeting. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their excellent communication skills and technical expertise are definite standouts. Their software engineers have both hard and soft skills, which is important in understanding the requirements, needs, and goals of our customers.
