For what projects/services did your company hire Insquad?

We had only one full-stack developer, but there were too many tasks for him alone so we decided to separate front-end and back-end tasks

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

I had contact with Insquad before so I just contacted them when there was a need for a developer.

We have our AI based skill and personality assessment for managers and their teams of more than 100 questions. This summer we did a lot of research on our users and compiled a huge backlog of tasks to improve our platform. Our people capacity wasn't enough to make all this tasks in our deadline so we started to search for a new developer.

I described our requirements, then account manager showed us the Insquad platform with their developers pool. I applied filters and chose two specialists for further communication. Together with my CTO, we studied the profiles, skills and test results, then we conducted interviews with candidates and chose a guy from Brazil. Insquad helped us to solve all legal and accounting questions, so we just started an onboarding process of our new teammate.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We have already created the basic functionality of the new version of our user account, I hope we can release it till the end of the year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was okay, Insquad team operates quickly enough.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their platform was very convenient and clear. We even took note of the function with drop-down filters for our new platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their account manager lives in the US while I'm from Portugal so it was a bit hard to find a convenient time for the communication.

We posted our vacancy on several job resources and then a sales representative of Insquad connected with us and offered his help

Our small dev team began to overwork due to a large number of tasks, so we decided to find a new part-time backend developer to help them

First, Insquad sales rep. connected with me on LinkedIn, asked about the stacks and experience we are looking for, and then provided the CVs of 5 developers. We interviewed 2 of them and checked their tech skill and English level (all guys were from non-English speaking countries). One of the developers turned out to be a good guy and we invited him to the team.

We spent about 2 weeks on hiring instead of 2 months as usual.

All was good, I don't have any comments

We had a skilled and professional account manager who had everything under control throughout the engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It seems they do not have so many developers, for example, I wanted to see more than 5 candidates. But still, I've found what I need.

I'm an HR recruiter at Dashly, a conversational platform for business. We help businesses to better communicate with prospects and clients.

Our platforms integrates with a lot of services like Slack, Calendly, Zoom, etc. We expand the list of integrations every quarter so we need an additional backend developer with expertise in Python and Javascript to build these integrations.

I learned about them through our mutual friends

I have described it above. We needed a backend developer to built integrations with different services. For example, we plan to make integrations with Demio and Snitcher.

We had a call with our sales manager, she helped us to set up the Insquad platform. Then we just selected 2 developers with relevant experience in Python and JS and interviewed them. The process was a bit delayed but in the end, everything was fine.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The new developer joined our team a month ago, completed onboarding and is already showing good efficiency

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was fine except for scheduling. For some reason, we could not schedule an interview with the selected developers for more than a week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by the quantity and quality of their developers. Also, Insquad covers all legal questions so we dont need to think about it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's faster to schedule an interview with developers

Our previous DevOps engineer decided to leave our company, so we needed to find a new one.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We knew about 4 different agencies and sent our request in all of them. Insquad just solved our problem faster and better than the others

We needed a new engineer because the previous one decided to leave our company. Our DevOps has to set up new servers, CI/CD process, monitoring of services, notifications of failures, autoscaling and the other stuff. So we really need a DevOps engineer

We booked a demo on the website, then sales guy showed us Insquad's platform ad how to search for developers. So then we just selected 3 engineers we liked and interviewed them by ourselves. After two stages of the interview, we chose a suitable candidate and sent him a job offer. The whole process took us 3 weeks.

We just found good DevOps to work with us, we are satisfied with the result of his work

Quite effective.The team of Insquad responded to all our requests in a timely manner.

Nothing unique, they just did their job well and found us the DevOps in 3 weeks.

Perhaps only close vacancies not in 3 weeks, but in 2
