Inspired Marketing is supporting us across marketing research, strategy, content, and digital brand development to help build PMnB’s international presence. The scope of work included deep research into our company, offering, technology, industry, buyer personas, competitors, and SEO/GEO opportunities, along with strategic recommendations based on those findings. They have translated this work into clear positioning, messaging and SEO/GEO-optimized content, as well as the design and development of a new PMnB website, which is currently in progress. They have also created PMnB’s LinkedIn profile and continue to support ongoing social media content and other marketing requirements such as brochures. Overall, the project has focused on building the strategic, digital, and content infrastructure needed to establish PMnB as a credible international brand and support expansion into global markets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Key measurable outcomes from the project have been speed of delivery, clarity of strategy, and completion of core brand assets. Inspired Marketing completed the research and strategic foundation quickly, giving us clear positioning, messaging, and audience direction for international markets. They created the website sitemap rapidly and delivered full website content within one month. They also built essential marketing infrastructure, including PMnB’s LinkedIn profile and ongoing social media content, while progressing the design and development of the new website. As a result, we now have a much stronger market position and a clear path to launching the website within 3–4 months.

Inspired Marketing has managed the project in a very organized and responsive way. We have at least one call every week, and communication has been consistent throughout the engagement. They have delivered work on time, moved quickly when priorities were clarified, and kept the project progressing across research, strategy, content, and website development. They have also been responsive to feedback and adaptive to our needs as the scope has evolved. Overall, the project management has been reliable, proactive, and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was Inspired Marketing’s ability to understand a highly technical offering very quickly and turn that understanding into clear strategic and practical output. They did not approach PMnB like a generic marketing project. They took the time to understand PMnB as Palgey Maim’s advanced nano bubble oxidation division, the company’s role in chemical-free water and wastewater treatment, the competitive landscape, and the realities of entering international markets. That understanding was then translated into clear positioning, messaging, website structure, content, and design.

What also stood out was their ability to move quickly from research into execution. They turned research on personas, competitors, content gaps, and market opportunities into practical deliverables in a short time, including website planning, content development, and broader digital infrastructure. Overall, what felt most unique was the combination of strong strategic thinking, fast execution, and the ability to work effectively with a complex technical offering rather than treating it like a standard marketing brief.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Inspired Marketing could have done differently?

At this stage, there are no areas for improvement that come to mind. Inspired Marketing has been responsive, organized, and proactive throughout the engagement, and we have been happy with both the quality of the work and the communication.

I’m the senior director of marketing at Parallel Wireless, a telecommunications company. We provide an open, cloud-based software platform that modernizes and simplifies wireless network deployment and operation for mobile network operators worldwide.
