The scope involved a comprehensive migration and optimization of our website. Key deliverables included the migration from a custom CMS to WordPress WooCommerce, mapping redirects and optimizing URLs, eliminating errors from the previous site, and preparing full meta-data for improved search visibility. Insightland implemented SEO strategies, including optimizing internal linking and expanding our blog section. Post-migration, the team introduced visual navigation enhancements, reorganized product categories, and continued improving functionality to boost visibility and organic traffic.

Following the migration, our team continued to collaborate with the Insightland, implementing further enhancements based on a previously outlined strategy. This included adding category tiles and visual banners to simplify navigation and shorten the conversion path, as well as expanding the site's structure to meet user needs, which helped drive deeper engagement within the sales funnel.

The impact of Insightlands' team efforts was noticeable immediately after the site migration. The site's visibility in search results began to improve, which led to a substantial increase in organic traffic. Data from Semrush highlights a significant rise in the number of keywords ranking in the TOP 3, TOP 10, and TOP 20 positions during the period from August 2023 to June 2024. These results reflect the success of the implemented changes and the overall strategy.

The system had to be user-friendly and accessible via an intuitive dashboard for all team members, including non-technical staff.
The project encompassed several key deliverables essential for enhancing ambiscale's operational efficiency. The storage layer provided a secure data storage solution compliant with GDPR, integrated with business intelligence tools. The ETL layer offered a robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) framework for extracting data, preparing it, and ensuring a continuous data stream. 
The communication layer ensured smooth data flow through integration with time-logging systems via API. Finally, the reporting layer delivered specialized solutions for creating dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

The system's scalability ensured consistent performance regardless of data volume or project numbers. Additionally, the focus on automation and data analysis led to cost savings and increased productivity, boosting team profitability and daily efficiency.

During 2020, we recorded a 30% increase in positions among key phrases in the TOP3. In numbers, this means that 3,464 out of 4,530 phrases that bring conversion entered the TOP3 search results.

Medicine is a Polish brand with clothes, accessories, and more, with over 100 stores in CEE as well as its own e-commerce store. We work with Polish designers who create Medicine's collections. We also cooperate and support young and talented artists from various art fields.

We are looking for ways to develop our e-platform, and we needed a professional SEO agency that would help us grow in every aspect of SEO. Starting from an in-depth audit through its implementation and doing everything to maintain the highest level.

The goal was to increase the website's visibility on Google by optimizing the store's website, implementing high-quality content in the indicated areas of the website, and setting up a blog.

In just over a year, we recorded an increase of 119% on phrases that entered TOP3 (in numbers: from 1781 to 3916). The situation is similar in the TOP10 positions - here, the increase is 194% (in numbers, from 781 to 2302).

Throughout the project, we contacted specialists from every SEO area to fine-tune the version of each issue as detailed as possible. The responsiveness and professional approach of the entire team were very high.
