My company /KALMARS/ is a Digital Product Development Agency and I am working there as an co-founder and Product Owner.

As an Digital Product Development Agency we decided to expand the scope of services we offer to our clients. We decided to make a test and try Email Marketing. Overall goal was to increase revenue for eCommerce clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for an Email Marketing Agency that could manage everything on their side as we had no previous experience with it. InscriptioLabs were suggested by a former business partner. His new eCommerce business were working with them on a regular basis.

They had to evaluate our client’s existing Email Marketing, giving some suggestions and developing a structured plan for the upcoming months. We were looking for a partner that could do everything on their side - starting from strategy, copywriting, setting up everything in Klaviyo and afterwards also optimising and evaluating.

They offer a full service package, thus they have a designer, copywriter and also an account manager who brings everything together and is responsible for the communication and setting up everything in the system.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our client’s email revenue went from 5% to over 20% in just one month. Very satisfied with the work they did and is still doing while optimising and A/B testing on a regular basis.

Account manager was experienced and we had no issue with the workflow. We were always in the loop.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

InscriptioLabs offered full cycle of e-mail marketing products so that is the reason why we choose them to get whole service from one single source. They are over-exceeding our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far I see that they just need to grow in size, all other things they were doing perfectly fine.

I'm the owner of a Cosmetics ecommerce brand.

We hired InscriptioLabs to help us establish automated Flows to send emails to our customers when they take a specific actions (started checkout, visited our store, placed an order, etc.) & on-going campaigns sent to customers. The goal was to increase the % of our revenue coming from email marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

InscriptioLabs were suggested by a former business partner. He said great things about them which is why I reached out to them & found out what they can do for us. The rest is history :)

Firstly, we had a call to see if there's a fit between both companies. We didn't want to contract someone with whom we didn't feel a sincere connection. We explained our brand values, what we don't want to do (we hate discounts), and told what we're expecting from our side out of this partnership. Once we saw there's a fit, we did the Kick-off call that helped us to create a strategy moving forward: what needs to be done, what flows we're going to create, what campaigns we're sending, what needs to be adjusting on our website, etc. From there on, InscriptioLabs started implementing everything and held us in a constant feedback loop: asked to review, how we liked it etc. Especially, in the beginning having this feedback loop is crucial. Now, we both understand each other perfectly so the cooperation is super smooth now.

We worked with graphic designer, copywriter, the strategy guy and the account manager. They covered everything perfectly.

For us, the results come first. So to give an idea how great are InscriptioLabs: before we started working with them, we had just 5% email revenue. Now, we're consistently hitting 25-30% email revenue months, which has significantly improved our margins.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was and still is super efficient. They provided sheets we needed to fill. Now we have weekly calls but in the beginning the calls were much more frequent due to the fact that we had to get to know each other better.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How friendly and customer-centered they are. While we leave room for their creativity, we definitely appreciate that they want to have us satisfied at any moment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can't really thing of anything. The experience thus far has been really remarkable and I'm not exaggerating.

First we scoped out the work that needed to be done. Then we mapped out all our flows and all the content needed for them. We integrated this with shopify.
