Inonda helped us improve our content and inbound lead generation via LinkedIn. This gave us a great return on investment and we were delighted with the service provided. We have tried others in the best but this was the best agency we have worked with for content strategy. Would fully recommend.

We were able to achieve a great return on investment on the project as we had inbound leads requesting to find out more information. The content put out also built a lot of trust with current clients and improve our churn rate.

I’m an advisor at a wealth advisory practice. I currently deal with around 70 clients that range from managing directors and partners of IT business consultancies, private equity firms, and pharmaceutical companies.

I also advise their families. From that perspective, it’s holistic financial planning. It can include pensions, tax planning, inheritance planning, and everything that comes with that.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inonda Marketing?

As an advisor, the hardest thing to do is finding individuals at the right time of their life that need the service. The biggest challenge is finding a way to reach out to them that isn’t too invasive and doesn’t come off as a cold introduction.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inonda Marketing would collect a list of individuals that I would like to focus on. It could be their years working, position, earnings, etc. They would then build another list that would include people that are already existing clients of the practice or perhaps don’t want to be contacted.

The team would then reach out through the individuals with a structured message. The goal being an introduction with me.

What is the team composition?

At this moment in time, I believe I work with four people on my account. Each of them is in charge of different responsibilities, including outreach, sending messages, and compiling the lists.

How did you come to work with Inonda Marketing?

A colleague was using them. I was initially testing different ways of performing this service, which a majority of the time involved me doing all of the work. It doesn’t allow me to focus on clients and client retention. It was a positive recommendation from my friend.

My engagement with Inonda Marketing started in September 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I haven’t had any time wasted working with Inonda Marketing. The best way to test the quality is through the individuals that come in for meetings. They’ve been exactly what I’ve asked for. All of the individuals have met my criteria and have been interested in my services. I’ve taken on about 30 clients. Their process is also organized.

How did Inonda Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve improved on this front. I had a few qualms at the start, but they did change from there. They took on what I asked.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Getting the time and attention from Alex (Founder) is a good thing. He then feeds through everything else within the team. Results come from that. They’re pretty proactive, taking on all of my requests and information.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The process at the beginning was a bit clunky. Having certain shortcuts in place to make the process more efficient earlier would’ve been better. It seems that now those areas have changed, and we’ve had no issues since then.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Before getting involved, it’s always good to know what individuals you’re after. You also might not see results in two weeks because they’re building the campaigns. Give it time to take shape. You’ll start viewing dividends in about a month or so.

To expand my personal network on Linked in, specifically add relevant connections by seniority within the Crowdfunding Sector. Then to reach out via messaging to see If we could collaborate and to do all this at scale.

Identifying relevant audiences on Linked in, refine the messaging. Looking at the conversion rates of who connected and who responded to our messaging. Then using that information to optimize the campaign to its full potential.

Mainly Louis was my point of contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Results were extremely positive. They increased my network with the right kind of audience. The messaging was succinct and engaging. From the initial campaign we generated significant new business which evaluated at 7 x our spend on the campaign.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As Louis was the main point of contact it was simple and straight forward. Very proactive dealing with any potential issues and a good problem solver.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very much client led. They took an interest in what drives our business and ultimately the campaign produced better results than we expected.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Overall very happy and we have them on a monthly retainer to manage all our staff media profiles. No immediate areas for improvement we identified, the whole process was surprisingly smooth.

I’m the CEO & co-founder of WiseUp, a new online mentoring platform for both careers and business. Our platform features mentors who create profiles, list their experience, and offer bespoke advice to those who need it.

We’re a startup, so we’re in the early days of building our users. One of our biggest challenges is approaching quality career and business mentors.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We approached Inonda to take our brief of the types of professionals and entrepreneurs we wanted our site and find and reach out to people who fit the profile. They work on a daily basis to find leads and direct them towards me to explain our value proposition and get them signed up.

Early on, we worked together to craft the content that we send to leads. They sent over a first draft, and I worked with them closely to tweak and perfect it.

What is the team composition?

We have three points of contact. We’ve worked with the founder, one of their marketing directors, and an account manager.

How did you come to work with Inonda Marketing?

We gave a presentation for our business to one of their marketing directors who was working somewhere else at the time. When he moved over to Inonda, we carried on our relationship. We chose them because they seemed to have that extra quality — they understood our business model very well.

Our ongoing collaboration began in April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve had really good results so far. In March, we had 43 mentors on the platform. Since Inonda has started reaching out to leads for us, we’ve grown by 90 mentors to a total of 133 present day. Also, their services have freed up a lot of my time to actually run the business. 

How did Inonda Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is very agile and willing to bespoke their service to our needs. They introduced some new ways of doing things, which was great, and they’ve also been willing to change things at a short notice to keep up with the agility of our business. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility really stands out. Inonda understood our business very quickly and has been able to change their outreach to meet our needs. Also, the quality of leads they produce is very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve done really well so far. Their price point is a little higher than others in the industry, but we’re paying for quality.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Absolutely approach them, and ideally talk to their founder. He’ll be honest about whether your problem is something they can help with.

I’m a sales manager for an IT company based in Australia. We sell technology software and hardware for emergency services and large utilities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inonda Marketing?

I was the only salesperson at the time, and I was looking for a way to engage more customers automatically. I wanted to use LinkedIn to connect with more customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve been acting as branding managers for my LinkedIn page. They send out messages to different target areas of customers I wanted to connect to, manage responses, and give me reports on who responds. They’ve also given me advice on different ways to write messages and present the copy.

Inonda has generally acted as a consultancy. They came up with ideas and different templates based on what had worked in the past for other customers.

There were around three people from Inonda involved.

A friend told me about the work they’d done for his business.

We started working with Inonda in June or July 2019, and it’s ongoing. Everything’s set up at the moment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Previously, we had Excel spreadsheets telling me how many customers they’d connected with and what the responses were. I’ve run my own metrics on the quality of the leads coming through.

In addition, I’ve been able to convert some of the leads that came through, so I’m obviously impressed with the leads they’ve presented, in terms of number and conversion rate. They’ve gotten me quite a few high-quality leads, and I was very impressed with the opportunities they provided.

How did Inonda Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve just been managing my LinkedIn, so there aren’t any deadlines as such. They’ve been able to achieve the objectives I’ve given them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of service they give is impressive. They have good attention to detail, and they’re always coming up with new ideas. Even if I stop working with the business, there’s stuff that I’ve learned from them that I’ll be able to use in other ventures.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. They’ve done everything I’ve given them well. There are always things that we could do better, but the service they’ve provided me has been perfect.

Ask them a lot of questions. They’re always happy to give advice and information.

I’m the CEO of a branding company. We have an online B2B platform that connects brands in the global beauty industry with global distributors to help brands launch globally.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inonda Marketing?

We needed to reach out to brand owners and entrepreneurs to try to connect with them and show how we could help. We weren’t just looking to identify UK brand owners, we also wanted to go into Europe and at a later stage, North America. We hired Inonda Marketing to help us accomplish this.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started by giving them a clear outline of the connections we wanted to make by demographic, job position, and location. From there, they began optimizing our LinkedIn profile by taking our brief, refining it, and communicating our three-step messaging program to potential connections. 

They used LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create filters that allowed us to reach out to recruit connections. Once people become connections, we’d reach out and explain who we are and what we do.

I’ve worked with two people, including the CEO and a project manager who focuses on the day-to-day work.

They reached out to me through LinkedIn, suggesting that our company could benefit from their services. I looked at their services and saw they were specifically focused on providing LinkedIn services to build connections, which is exactly what we want. I also liked that they found us, because it shows they are proactive, motivated, and hungry.

Our initial cost has been £1,500 (approximately $1,900 USD), for a test project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2020 and our engagement is ongoing. We signed up initially for three months and it has gone extremely well, so we will have a review to possibly extend the work we’re doing with them.

We mostly judge their work based on the number of successful, quality, relevant connections that we’ve made, and I’ve been extremely pleased with the results of their efforts. They have actually exceeded my expectations.

I really enjoy working with them because of their project manager, who is always available. Even on a Sunday, she has taken my calls. They respond pretty much immediately to any inquiries and they come back with a solution that always hits the mark. They’ve been very proactive, reporting to me on their progress and asking for any input that I can add. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s not our area of expertise, but they’re able to translate my message and hit the exact point we’re trying to make. We haven’t had any problems and they know what they’re doing. Their level of focus on LinkedIn marketing has made them experts, which is why we’re getting the results that we’re seeing.
