We first contracted Infoicon to redevelop a mobile app. While we had an existing mobile app, we did a rebuild from the ground up for V2 and it was done at 1/10 the cost of the first app. They were extremely responsive and was able to provide exactly what we needed. We have also contracted Infoicon to redesign 3 of our websites along with SEO of those sites.

After a preliminary version that I didn't like, I received a suitable suggestion and a preliminary version of the website. The navigation has been designed. Unfortunately nothing more happened after that. The customer advisor Nishant Gola kept telling me that an update had now been made. After checking, I found that no changes had been made. The corresponding text was missing in many points of the navigation.

So far there is nothing at all apparent about the wood lexicon and statics calculator. After 2 months, I asked Mr. Gola to finish the website or to transfer back the amount that had been transferred in advance. He then promised me 100% that the site would be completed. He didn't give a date. He has yet to respond to my objection that it will be of no use to me if the site is only completed in two years.

Only a preliminary version has been created. After that nothing more happened.

The project was never completed. I haven't received the money back yet. I am very dissatisfied with the company Infoicon Technologies. I would not recommend the company.

The only thing I found interesting about the company was the first impression and the positive references. Unfortunately, the company's service and the way it deals with customers is very poor.
