We hired Jcommerce to support out automation test efforts in the company ; as we wanted to establish a cost-effective test process , with the goal of delivering quality products within reasonable timescale and budget by following effective & efficient testing practices and maintaining the highest QA standards in both manual and Automation testing

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially our development team where using JCommerce to support the development efforts , and we were impressed how much value the development team brought to the company . Hence we wanted to try with testers . Initially we shortlisted few candidate and after interview them we were very impressed with the tester Technical and Automation testing abilities along with cost estimate

JCommerce automation test team were initially responsible for just creating Automation tests in the existing automation framework , but after 1 or 2 months the JCommerce Automation test team started giving us some really valuable idea and feedback on further improving the framework and which they did delivered the idea effectively The Automation test team had taken up and successfully resolved effectively various automation testing challenges that we have in our company .

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team have created an effective , economic , evolvable and exemplary Automation test script and we could deliver our project with in the timescale with out compromising on quality standards and reduce regression testing efforts to a large extend

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Regular feedback on quality of products was provided to us . Always maintaining high visibility & transparency of testing efforts and blockage they had. The JCommerce automation test team were very proactive and excellent in communicating.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• Always gave 100% efforts
• Often provided feedback and suggested alternative solution and scope of improvements

Main challange was to gain control over Apple devices in our scope security wise. We were searching for best product available.

What were your goals for this project?

Main goal was to get solid Apple product management solution that allow us to control and enforce security settings for compliance. Thanks to JCommerce we have purchased JamfPro and deployed the solution in our scope.

After pre-scoping our environment and few meetings with JCommerce where we discussed our aims and product abilities we proceed to training session where we learned about of practical use cases and best practices.

Support manager, support engineer, two helpdesk specialists and it security specialist.
