Recently, we’ve worked with IndiaNIC Infotech Limited on the development of a job management and timekeeping system for one of our clients. That project consisted of a dual platform application and a web interface with a database backend.
In many cases, we host the products for our customers because we are an Amazon partner. The IndiaNIC Infotech Limited team is great. We email frequently and use Skype for video chats once or twice a week. They always send me the latest version of the app before the video chat. That way I can actually click through and see the actual visual screens instead of just having them explain it to me.
I give frequent feedback on the color scheme, text, and screen order. They're open to all my suggestions. They want to make sure the app is exactly what I requested. At the same time, they rely on their expertise in mobile app development to guide the process. We discuss until we come to a common ground on what will be best for the UX.
They’ve definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m not well-versed in the technological aspect of the development process, yet they make me feel extremely comfortable. They don't use tech jargon, and they make sure that I know exactly what's going on.

I'm most satisfied with their level of communication. They’re continuously in contact with me throughout the design process. The other app developer that I considered took weeks on end to respond to my inquiries. They didn't seem to have a sense of urgency or to really want to secure the business relationship. We provided them with some basic company information to orient them to MyTraX and, though we provided the user stories, we offered very little structure regarding the design. We worked closely with the designer to fine-tune the final version, but nearly every draft preceding it was flawless, their attention to detail and brand alignment spot-on.

The new website launched only recently, but we’ve already started receiving great comments from our customers about its design and ease of use. We believe the functionality and mobile-friendly features will significantly impact our sales in the near feature.

Project management was great. We had the schedule set from day one to the finish—they always on time to meet those deadlines. We regularly communicated over Basecamp and Skype to make sure everything went smoothly.

IndiaNIC Infotech Limited has done extensive web development and optimization of images, databases, code, etc. They’ve updated the PHP module on our web server and helped us move to a secure SSL site. They’ve also provided SEO services.

We work with a full web development team, network administration experts, an SEO specialist, and a project manager.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Bhavin (Project Manager, IndiaNIC Infotech Limited) has been a great asset. He is highly experienced and exceptionally responsive. The time difference can make communication challenging at times, but they are always available. There isn't much opportunity for real-time communication, but they are exceptionally responsive when given a task or deadline.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The depth of experience stands out. The price is tough to beat, and the service is excellent.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It would help if their business hours accommodated their global client base a little better.

They've also helped us collect valuable data about customer behavior that will help us implement solutions for the next phase of development.
