As part of our collaboration with Incro, we have streamlined our financial management processes. Although we are a company with significant expertise in this area, there were aspects that required substantial enhancement. Together, we developed the framework for a better, professional Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and its predictive variant for the upcoming year. We also focused on various metrics and indicators to continuously improve the assessment of our company's financial health. Additionally, part of our effort was dedicated to refining processes related to cash flow monitoring.

Among the most significant measurable outcomes of the project, demonstrating progress and success, is the fact that all the developed changes and improvements were coded by our team and integrated into our custom-developed ERP system, resulting in complete automation in this domain. As a result, we have achieved a significantly improved and more structured overview of our financial situation.

We collaborated closely with one of the founders, who is an expert in finance and an analyst, and found them to be fully responsive to our needs. They also promptly addressed all questions and concerns that emerged on our side during the project and implementation in our ERP. Everything was delivered on schedule, and we completed the project within the initially planned timeframe.

Incro delivered the final dashboard, which had many views like KPIs, profitability of cases, offices, lawyers, and division of our costs. Since implementing the dashboard, we've seen increased awareness within our team.

Incro's project management was great. The team delivered on time. We communicated via Microsoft Teams and email.

Incro evaluated ongoing cost reduction activities and provided a framework for establishing a cost-saving office.

Incro also supported the development of the current controlling system, analytical tools, and the expansion of the financial competencies of the controlling department.

• after the workshop managers started cost-saving initiatives with the use of our controlling system
