Diagnostics and understanding of the client's needs – consultants visited the company, conducted detailed interviews, familiarized themselves with production processes and collected the necessary data and financial documents.
Preparation and conducting dedicated workshops for management staff, focused on cost-saving, profit and loss analysis and controlling optimization.
Key results and products to be delivered are:
