InCommon was hired to help us stand up an office in Gurgoan, from end to end, from hiring our Head of Country to standing up an EOR and then transitioning into an Indian Entity. They facilitated hiring and staffing, HR, and payroll for our team.

Findigs was given 6 months to launch an office, and before meeting InCommon, we were very lost. After meeting them, we were able to launch the office in 4 months and have our team on the ground, onboarding and training staff in India. We started with 15 people we are almost at 45 people since launching in Nov.

Roshan and PK, with their entire staff, were super responsive and on top of our needs. They know the market extremely well and moved very, very quickly with us. They adapted to hurdles along the way, and maybe the process was super easy.
