I would have liked to have seen a campaign outlines further ahead of time; however, I do know we moved pretty fast with lots of changes which doesn't always make this possible.

We were looking for help growing our email and SMS list, setting up and developing new campaigns, and wanting to see increased open rates, engagement, and conversion rate.

We worked with Lindsey in the past at different agency. She was a rockstar and when we heard she was starting her own agency, we quickly moved to work with her at Inbox Stars.

We’ve greatly increased our conversion rates and watched email and SMS become our strongest marketing channel.

She is a true professional. Very motivated and hands-on with the workflow. Her ongoing communication on calls and reporting has also been 10/10.
