We’ve engaged InApps Technology to supply us with software development resources. First, we outlined our requirements for each resource; we were initially looking to onboard one senior and one medium–junior developer to build the foundation of our team.

After meeting with InApps Technology to explain the core competencies, years of experience, and desired skill sets, they presented us with pairs of candidates matching our requirements. Then, we conducted two interviews to test the candidates’ competencies. Once we chose our team of developers, they helped us build our product: software that allows landlords and operations staff to understand their tenants better.

The software essentially acts as a matching engine for users to find roommates who they’re compatible with, so they can thrive. Our tool sends tenants a psychometric test that we transform into a profile to share with landlords. Then, our platform uses the tenants’ data to identify a compatible group of potential roommates and matches them together. Since supplying us with the first two developers, we’ve engaged one more resource through InApps Technology.

InApps Technology has been a great partner; they’ve identified qualified candidates for our project. They’ve been flexible in providing short- and long-term resources depending on our business needs.

We’ve faced bad luck with the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, which has made things shaky and affected our output, but it is what it is. Despite the challenges, InApps Technology has provided us with resources who’ve done excellent work.

As a startup, we have a lot going on; being able to lean on InApps Technology as a trusted partner has been nice. Since communicating our requirements and setting expectations during our initial meeting, the team has responded quickly to our requests. They’ve identified candidates and set up interviews in a matter of hours, which has helped us.

Yes InApps was on time. I had to go visit the hospital in the middle of the project due to health issues, and they were able to proceed and progress the project even when i was offline for two weeks. I had to travel for work across different cities and countries, and the team worked to meet me online despite my busy schedule.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated potential providers from Vietnam and Finland. InApps was not the least expensive options but it offered the best combination of quality, development team and project costs.

Rinki provided the Game Design Document and UIX designs, InApps took care of project scheduling, development and management of the development process.

During the development phase there has been two contact persons. One has taken care of the cooperation & business part (invoicing, overlooking the progress, etc.) and another one as a technical project manager (communication related to the product and actual development).

The project is still in progress so no actual outcomes yet.

Both contact persons have been easy to reach & communicate with. Technical contact has been very good: he understands the product very well, asks very good questions and has useful opinions to make the product better. I´m very satisfied so far.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

1. Level of commitment to the project. As said above, InApps personnel has really done the home works related to the project and understands well what our game is about.
2. Flexibility. As an early stage startup our financing is strict and InApps Technology has been very flexible in solving difficult situations. It will be easy to continue cooperation with such a partner.

No comments at the moment. As said earlier, the project is not ready yet.
