We noticed our potential keywords are ranking on first page of Google. There was an increase of 20% in traffic to our website after Impossible Marketing took over our campaign.

We communicated via email and calls. The project manager will send 2 to 3 articles to us for approval weekly. Once approved, they will help us to upload the articles to the website. A monthly report is delivered to us.

The research done for the articles is very in-depth and well written. They are very responsive and revert changes to us quickly.

It was hard for us to provide them the marketing collateral in time for them to work on it, however, they did up a content calendar for us instead of waiting for our collaterals.

A few basic keywords have seen improvement at the early stages, and now they are handling the more tricky & competitive keywords for us.

They mainly communicate via email. At the end of the month they will send out next month's contents for approval, while at the beginning of the month they send a report for last month's with goals for the upcoming month and will seek your approval if it is ok to go ahead as planned. If there are any other key points or requests they have for your website, they will also state in the report email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

While most companies use a copy-paste method for their clients, this company has made an effort to ensure not only they are updated in Google/Facebook's newest tools (that help in SEO), they also maintain the customization required for our website and branding. Their content creation is impressive and updated in a timely manner. Overall, they have a good system and enough manpower to deliver desired results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our company's website has scored quite low for Google's website speed score, and while we have tried to improve it, our server location might a big factor as to why it consistently scores low. Taking into consideration that most companies who require SEO are small to medium sized companies who might not have a IT personnel, they might want to have more website IT employees and provide website optimization services as google speed score is one of their reports.

My first encounter with Impossible Marketing was their SEO course that I have attended. After completing the course, I find that the strategy they used are smart and relevant. They are able to optimize much more keywords with their methods and also include article writing services as part of the package too.

For a start, they came out with a list of relevant keywords for us to review after hearing what are the areas that we would like to optimize. After which, they assisted with the website copywriting to enhance the keywords, and also send us regular monthly report for reviewing. For each article, they come out with ideas for the article structure and help us with the copywriting.

Since the commencement of the project till now, we have about 130 keywords on the first page.

Our mode of communication is mainly via email and sometimes WhatsApp and their response time is great. Whenever there are parts of the article that require modification, they are able to come back to us with the changes quickly.

They are a team of passionate professionals who works hard to get things done. They provide regular trainings and networking sessions and are also constantly updating us with the latest information and changes that Google has made with regards to SEO.

They will usually suggest specific keywords to focus for the upcoming month, which I feel that is a good initiative. It will be great if they can include how many searches does those selected keywords have so that we can have a rough idea of the results it can bring.
