Our collaboration with Impero took place in two phases. The first focused on evolving our brand identity. Before starting the creative work, they reviewed our existing messaging, website, and overall brand presentation, providing observations that helped shape the direction of the project. From there, they guided us through a structured branding process, presenting different creative territories before developing the final visual identity and brand guidelines. 

Once the new brand ID was established, IMPERO designed the UX and visual direction for our new homepage, creating a strong foundation that our internal team could expand across the rest of the website. They also developed a striking brand hype video, from messaging and scriptwriting through storyboards, motion design, and final animation. 

Throughout the entire process, every deliverable reinforces the same strategic vision for the brand.

The project gave us a much stronger and more contemporary brand presence. Beyond the visual identity itself, we now have a clear brand system that can be consistently applied across future communications. Through collaborative workshops and discussions, they helped us sharpen our offering and clearly articulate what differentiated us in a competitive technology market. Once the strategic foundations were in place, they led a structured naming process, presenting multiple creative territories and a range of name options before we selected EXFOLD. They then developed the visual identity and creative concept for the new brand, ensuring every design decision reinforced the positioning established during the strategy phase. To support the launch, they designed our commercial presentation, created comprehensive brand guidelines, and designed a website that translated the new identity into a polished digital experience. The final Campaign in latam markets surpassed all our media kpis and brought the highest brand lift we´ve had since we started measuring for markets like Brazil and Chile and 2nd highest for Mexico.
