Impero supported us in defining the strategic foundations of a new LATAM campaign for the brand. They worked closely with our team through a series of strategic sessions, helping us organize ideas, identify opportunities, and clarify our positioning. What stood out was their ability to navigate complex, multi-layered discussions and translate them into clear strategic direction. They challenged our thinking while bringing structure and focus to the process. Their role went beyond creative support — they acted as a strategic partner, helping us align internally and build a coherent narrative for an important campaign. The engagement combined creative strategy, brand thinking, and practical frameworks that we could apply across teams.

The end result was a very powerfull campaign based on end user insights, that brought great numbers in terms of media and brand lifts, as well as served as an overarching concept that brought programs and internal teams together.

The project helped us gain clarity around our positioning and strategic direction for an important campaign. We developed a clearer narrative to align internal stakeholders and guide future initiatives. It also enabled us to brief local markets more effectively and move forward with greater confidence. Overall, the outcome was a stronger strategic foundation to support the campaign.

The final Campaign in latam markets surpassed all our media kpis and brought the highest brand lift we´ve had since we started measuring for markets like Brazil and Chile and 2nd highest for Mexico.

Project management was excellent. The team was very organized and maintained clear communication throughout the project. They delivered the key milestones on time and always kept us informed about the progress. They were also very responsive whenever we had questions or needed feedback. The scope of work included the development of our brand identity and the strategic foundations of our business. Impero supported us from the early stages of defining our naming, helping us choose a name that reflects our vision and positioning in the energy efficiency sector.

They also led the branding process, designing our logo and creating a consistent visual identity aligned with the values we wanted to communicate: innovation, efficiency, and technology. Beyond the visual aspects, they worked closely with us on business strategy, helping us organize our ideas and clarify how we present our company and value proposition to the market.

Another key deliverable was the development of digital content and a digital strategic campaign, aimed at strengthening our online presence and communicating our brand more effectively.

Another key result was the clarification of our business positioning and value proposition. Through the strategic work we did together, we were able to better structure how we explain our services and differentiate ourselves in the energy efficiency market.

The project also provided us with strategic messaging and digital content that we now use in our website, presentations, and communications with clients. This significantly improved how we communicate our offering and engage with potential customers.

Overall, the outcome was a much clearer and stronger brand and business narrative, which has helped us present Optim more effectively to partners and clients

I’m the head of innovation and creativity at American Ads, an out-of-home (OOH) advertising agency that combines creativity, data, and technology to create impactful campaigns in public, digital, indoor, and urban spaces, offering real-time measurement and optimization.
