Candidates are very well pre-filtered. And that improved over the time we've been working together.

We needed to quickly find a resource to fill an engineering position and with the help of Impacto Talen we did it in a short time.

We received daily analysis of applicants to fill the position we were looking for. This made the selection of the best candidate faster.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most is the quick understanding of our needs. That is hard to find nowadays.

I don't see that they have anything to improve in the processes.

I already knew ImpactoTalent and its way of working. They provide a very good service, their searches are clear and the level of candidates is high.

I don't know the number of people who worked with us from ImpactoTalent. Their positions are recruiting.

Unfortunately I can't. That's confidential.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Yes, in just one month Impacto Talent showed us the first talent we hired. The other profiles presented were very good but our searches were suspended.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The dedication, the research they do in searches, the detail, the seriousness, meticulous to get talent is all good. All their profiles are a safe match.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they do it all well.
