I’m the director of Tallex Limited, a specialist firm that helps businesses identify and claim tax relief for their expenditure on UK commercial property. We manage the claim process from the first initial assessment to completion and submission to HMRC, analyzing spend across property acquisitions and construction projects.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imo Studio?

Tallex is a new startup, and we completed the branding and website completely DIY. We wanted to realize the next stage of our branding, design, and how we come across to prospects, clients, and stakeholders.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We completed a full brand workshop with Immo Studio to establish how we wanted the business to look and feel, how we felt our clients wanted their advisor to look and feel, and create our new website, documents, outputs, and marketing materials to fit the new brand identity. The team handled the full design and development of the website and all marketing materials, including new flyers and new proposal and report templates.

Someone referred Immo Studio to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and from our first discussion with Imogen, she came across very professional, very interested and inquisitive in the business and our goals, and very passionate about branding and design.

We worked together from February 2026 to June 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were delighted with the final outcome, including the brand and redesign, the look and feel of the website, and the proposal and marketing documents we have utilised since the workshops and designs were implemented. We’ve had specific comments from several stakeholders, including professional partners, solicitors, and accountants, that we partner with on the rebrand. We’ve also had several more inbound leads and specific comments on our branding following proposal success. 

How did Imo Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Immo Studio’s project management was meticulous. They were very supportive throughout the project and delivered on time. Any delays were on our side. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Imogen (Founder & Creative Director) and her team went to great lengths to understand us as founders and the company, why we set up shop, what made us different, why clients would choose us, and why our clients work with us. By the end of the rebrand workshops, Imogen had a strong understanding of who we are as a company, what we wanted to stand for, and how we wanted to come across. She delivered a tailor-made redesign based on our in-depth discussions.

I’m the marketing manager of Lightning Reach, a financial support platform that helps individuals find and apply for personalized aid, such as grants and bill assistance, while enabling organizations to streamline support for vulnerable people.

What challenge were you trying to address with Immo Studio?

We needed help with website development. Our website and general business were complex. We targeted B2C through B2B, and sometimes it wasn’t easy to reflect that.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Immo Studio created our website from scratch according to our new branding colors, logo, and brand identity. They created designs on Figma, developed everything on Webflow, set up analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SEO (so we wouldn’t lose our traffic), wrote copy on many pages, and prepared training on how to use Webflow and add multiple things.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, and their pricing fit our budget.

We worked together from April–September 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We kept our deadline for going live on September 1, 2026. Everyone liked our new website, and our traffic hadn’t decreased, which was very important for us.

How did Immo Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. The team was very structured. We used Asana for project communication, so everything was very clear and structured. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Immo Studio’s transparency, weekly meetings, amount of iterations, and eagerness to help with anything were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They deployed the website one week before our launch, and it had lots of bugs. I expected a closer review before it was handed to us.
