Formal offer has been submitted and currently in the due dilligence process of agriturismo purchase.

ILF developed and directly enganged with the appropriate subject matter experts, both in Canada and in Italy to form a cohesive and effectively managed team. ILF was instrumental in communicating with all parties, insuring timely and comprehensive outcomes. They delivered a beneficial tax strategy regarding the purhase of the agriturismo. Amoung other deliverables, they provided a valued legal opinion regarding the position of the property. Most recently submitted a formal offer to purchase on our behalf.

Moreover, ILF Law Firm organized all the services in the property to be transferred to our names from day one, including water, electricity, gas, and our solar panel system.
